Best place to get amazing burgers even better tho you can pop next door and have a beer or wine

Great burgers, but that's all.
Came here for the first time, and tried to book a table for dinner in mid afternoon, but didn't accept our "last minute booking", which was fine, as we were seated when we got there, no problem (for now). Great looking menu, wife and I chose a burger and a side each. Busy kitchen, and the lady server was friendly, but didn't know the computer very well (everyone starts somewhere) so pretty slow to take the order, but super nice.
After 25 minutes, or good was ready, but as it good was bought out, we were asked to move tables, as they had a booking who were supposed to be sitting where we were?
So we sat at a bistro style table (chairs too low for the table).
USA burger (wife) and Double burger (me) were absolutely delicious. Fresh and generous and perfectly cooked.
My Precious onion rings were over cooked, and the onion flavour was lost in the too-fried batter.
Most disappointing was the chicken Mac n cheese. It was dry. Like, imagine an easy Mac, where you forgot to add the cheese, so you end up with flavourless, dry pasta. That's what this was, and reading the menu, I was really looking forward to their 4 cheese Mac.oh well.
Overall, the burgers are a standout, and we'll go back for them, but not for the atmosphere or sides

We ordered for delivery and paid. We waited for 90 minutes and rang them, they said food still at their store they don’t know when the drivers gonna pick up for delivery so we’ll have to pick up or cancel the order. Pathetic.

Now we got it delivered 10minutes after we canceled and order pizza instead. And I rang them, they hung up on me.

Why did you deliver cancelled order and charge!? The foods were soggy. We ordered through your website not from Uber our door dash!

Edit. Alright. So this was time number 3 to your establishment. This particular time was a few weeks ago, not today.
Also, when a massive chain like bettys or burgertory uses mass produced sauces, or mixes other mass produced elements, they lose individuality and are all obviously going to have similar traits. The standard has dropped to allow this to be the norm. I'm sorry but I'm in the business of truth telling. It is what it is. I get the other ones are different, you'd be crazy to suggest they are the same. I've been everywhere mate. But the standard has dropped.

For the area it's ok I guess. But if you put it up against all the other generic burger shops, popping up everywhere, I think the generic is making a better burger. The bun seemed stale and the burger was cooked so much that it barely seemed like beef. Tbh a pretty average experience. I want this to be good, as it's super close to home but I guess I will continue driving to royale brothers or burger bae or burgertory or bettys or grilld, I dunno. There's like 100 of them.

The young ethnic man serving me was very rude. Hanging up the phone on me before the order. Unsociable upon pickup. Then later hanging up before I could tell him I was charged twice for my food.

On a positive note, I received a full refund for my food after i arrived again in person. Shame it couldn't be resolved over the phone.

Otherwise food was mediocre

Used to really enjoy this place… sadly not at the standard it was. Ordered loaded fries and the bacon bits were so burnt it tasted like charcoal…

Sat my order on pending with there phone off on Deliveroo for over an hour. If your too busy turn off your Deliveroo. I work in hospo and this is a joke.

Hungry need to wake up early for a shift now have to head out in the rain to grab food.

Waste of time.

I’m really disappointed with the management response to seemingly genuine complaints. I’ll stick to my local FW where the service is spot on.

I went there for uber eats pickup and i enquired my order number and person at front said to me just wait for 3 mins, i waited for around 15 mins then again he said just 2 mins after 35 mins i got my order we are not getting hourly pay from uber you guys should understand us

These guys are super busy but the wait time was only 20 minutes on a Friday night. Whole family loved their burgers and chips.

Decent burger place for the SE suburbs. Did takeaway, chips a little soggy, same as onion rings. Burger buns were a little hard.
Hard to get burgers really good for takeaway/delivery, textures were a little missed. Suggest ordering in person and eating there/no more than 5 mins away. Friendly service as well.

The best chips! Discovered this place fortuitously on a hungry, freezing cold day. Didn't order a burger, but the chips were crispy and fresh and tasted of potatoes. A cut above the rest. Thank you!

Just as we placed the order it went from a 10min pick up to 30mins, and it actually took them over 45mins.the food again, PICK UP ORDER that we were there waiting for, so its not like it was waiting for us, was COLD.not only was it cold, the meat in the burgers were awful, how old was the meat in the buns? It tasted like defrosted meat and i was not even convinced it was cooked lol, it actually tasted as if it was premade by a few hours lol, not tasty at all, bland, the chips even though they were apparently cooked 'fresh' were also awful and cold.the loaded dimsims were just as equally as bad.especially for store brought dimsims, not good for the $$ you pay.very disappointed trying to support local but not anywhere near worth trying again.

Sorry team. Your recipe for tasty burgers are very good, but the experience of ordering and pick up lately is a total joke. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered takeaway through your own website. It says it has live tracking, and informs when the order is “ready for pick up”. You arrive at the counter, and are told it’s not ready and it will be a “few” mins. First time was 30 min wait. Second, and additional 15 mins. And third time on Friday was an additional 12 min wait. Opened the last order immediately on getting it home, only 2 mins after collecting from the counter, and burgers were luke warm and chips were soggy. Why was I waiting an additional 12 mins at the counter whilst my order was finished, only for it to seem like it has been sitting there for 12 mins.
Extremely disappointed, and I was certainly not the only one standing out the front with arms crossed looking at their watches. What is wrong with ur ordering system. Why give live updates if they aren’t accurate. It only leads to frustrated customers and bad experiences and reviews. You need to fix this.

Food is great but long waiting time. Even though with plenty of staffs working in the kitchen, food are still taking way too long (~45 minutes)

Get the Pai Mei Treats! Gosh it's yum. Absolute joy. Super simple and super yummy.
Chips were great and the burger was great.
If you're hungry they deliver on juicy, cheesy, meaty flavour.

I never ate even half a burgers never really enjoyed them.
Got one these burgers called dirty double burger OMG amazing from first bite till end fishished the hole burger. Get one every week am going to turn into a hungry hipo.

Mouthful of disappointment.

To start, I have to say whoever was cooking this evening seems to not know what they are doing and front of house does not communicate well.

A 30min wait time for a couple of burgers, chips and onion rings without telling us is bad enough. To provide cold food (except the chips) and sub par burgers at that, is a bit much.

I certainly don't recommend the food and will not be coming back for more. A shame since it smelt amazing when I walked by a few nights before.

Waited for 35 mins, beeper didnt ring, staffs doesnt know people's order, they were struggling in the kitchen
Burger not too bad, need more sauce.

I found this place to be one of the best burger places around the area. And not too bad on the wallet either.
