We have been to see Dr Shaw Boon Tan a couple of times now and each time he has been fabulous. He is always very thorough with his examination and takes the time to explain the condition, treatment and next steps. He is incredibly gentle with our 1 year old daughter, showing her how he takes her temperature on me first so she knows what to expect - and she always leaves with a huge smile and no tears, an absolute success! Highly recommend!

Got my fourth vac here. Receptionist friendly and professional. Doctor also friendly, asked appropriate questions and asked if I had any. Vac quick and almost painless. Would recommend.

Nice enough receptionist and doctor however they wouldn't let me change my sick sons appointment to a phone appointment even though I rang 20 minutes beforehand saying I won't be able to make it because my daughter has just vomited on me and we're covered in vomit can I please speak to the doctor over the phone instead. I found this very frustrating for a mum at home with vomiting twins.wanting me to get in the car knowing they'll vomit anytime. Not very safe.

Been here a few times. Receptionist very calm, respectful and helpful. Doctor respectful and informative. Exactly how people should be treated.
