I am a returning customer at this store. Facepaint supplies are always quite costly everywhere they are sold, however this store has some good discounts and offers which really help for the budget entertainer. Lots of brand range. Staff are friendly which is always an added bonus.

Great store, usually order online due to distance; but have noticed in my last 3-4 orders something is missed or I get the wrong item. Accuracy is a big deal especially when orders are sometimes required for the next job. A little bit of double checking goes a long way.

Good range of quality products. Awesome advice and share tips and tricks. Down side is no general eftpos only credit card via paypal system. It is designed around the web site. Even then no big deal I just prefer not to use my credit card. Especially if there is a tariff.

The best and only place to buy proper face paints. Really helpful staff with a giant shop full of professional face paints, special FX make up, and heaps more. Love the opening hours of open 6 days. I visit all the time.

Went in yesterday to buy some paints, great stock e.t. C but customer service wasnt good at all, wasnt greeted by any staff even though i yelled out a hello as i walked in and instead was seen by a male staff member who then turned his back to me with no response, in a conversation with another staff member he said something about them not even being open which i heard very clearly, making me feel quite uncomfortable. I understand there was a sale on that evening at 5pm but there was nothing advertised that your day time trading hours would be effected? It really wasnt a big deal but honestly customer service is everything especially to a small business like yours, i drove all the way to check out the store for the first time and wont be returning just because of the experience! Sorry guys
