The Elms Family Medical Centre reviews
6Amazing female doctors. Especially Dr Ummu Rauf and Dr Ayesha Munir. Just fantastic to deal with
In these trying times, reception staff and Doctors at the Elms continue to provide a high level of compassionate & professional service. Offer online booking, otherwise best to call first thing in the morning to book. You can also ask to be put on cancellation list, in case a patient cancels their appointment, that time may be offered to you. Thank you to all staff at The Elms Family Medical Clinic.
We've been patients at that clinic for over 25 years, I can't believe how some of my family members have been treated this morning. There really is no need to be rude to patients and demand COVID Status. Its sad and upsetting to see what COVID has done to the Receptionists and has made them less friendly and aggressive. I get that we are all over COVID but it is here to stay and we need to learn to live with it and be less aggressive. I work in the same industry and would never speak to my patients the way that my family member was spoken to this morning. I too have been spoken to quite rudely by the staff when I've been called by GP to say that she is ready and waiting. Its sad because they are such great doctors. My family member will be transferring to another practice.
Good clinic. Friendly doctors. At least the ones I have seen. They bulk bill the kids and have been bulk billing the phone appointments you can make for repeat prescriptions.
My whole family have been going to the Elms Clinic
for 20 years or more and we will continually going there
for the next 20 years plus)
My mother was told that a lump on her face was nothing more than a lump on her face an not to worry about it. Fortunately mum didn't take their word for it and went to a different clinic where it was correctly diagnosed as cancer. Recommended to anyone with a death wish.
