I would have loved to be one of the many 5 star reviews but unfortunately I can’t say I’ve had a good experience with this clinic. Prior to this encounter, I had no active acne for years since I started using tretinoin. I was seeking treatments for acne scarring from my teens.

I should’ve trusted my gut when they tried to sell me their product package which starts upwards of $600 - $1100. I have sensitive skin and have spent many years finding skincare that works for me, but they assured me that their products were great for sensitive skin, even after I expressed my concern about a potential reaction prior to a wedding I had coming up in December.

In the first consultation I was told that in order to receive more advanced treatments such as lasers, I needed to be using their products and stop my usual routine with tretinoin.

I ended up going against my instinct and spent just shy of $1000. Over the weekend my skin broke out into the most painful and itchy rash after using their products. I had to take an extra day off work and called the clinic for help. Prior to this, they had no issues sending me multiple text messages or calling me to confirm my appointment. As soon as I flagged this issue with them, it took hours and multiple calls to receive a response.

In the next consultation, they offered a Healite for $80 because I wouldn’t be using their products (usually $100) and refunded the products. Their healite is just yellow LED therapy. I used to pay maximum $49 at Laser Clinics Australia for the exact same treatment. But again I was desperate to get rid of my scarring so I agreed.

My skin just kept getting worse and worse. Eventually I ignored their advice and started using tretinoin again. My skin slowly improved. But I only started 3 days before the wedding and my skin was still destroyed. I showed up for the carbon laser appointment with a red and itchy rash. I explained my situation on the verge of tears, that I had sunk $400 on treatments and all it did was undo the progress I had with tretinoin. They offered more healite treatments (for $80). I asked to speak to someone that I could negotiate my situation with.

They just kept offering more consultations or treatments, no manager in sight. I had enough and just wanted to leave. They offered to arrange another appointment AFTER the wedding. I was so fed up I just agreed so they would stop pestering me.

But it doesn’t end there. They then told me I had to pay $50 for being late. I even agreed, thinking it would come out of the deposit I paid on the first visit - no, she tried to charge me again on card? So why did I pay a deposit?

I learnt a hard lesson from this experience. No one except a dermatologist should be telling you to stop your prescription medication, especially if they claim to have customised skincare but sell you the exact same package for 20 times the price of your regular skincare.

This clinic is amazing! I stopped using any other skin care products since I use their products. I bought everything in this clinic especially mask and serum are super good! Even I have changed just products I can feel my acne is going to calm down. It’s been almost a year since I started treatment and my black and white head all gone and my skin really smooth and glowing.the service also surprised

If you decided to go through with the treatment just do know that it is expensive. However, the experience and the outcome is all worth the price point. I would highly suggest seeing Ramona she is the best one at of all! ️

I have struggled with acne, pigmentation, irritated skin and inflammation for years. After trying absolutely everything (doxycyline, accutane, harsh treatments and various different skin care products) I was still so unhappy with my skin.

I set goals to reduce pigmentation/ inflammation and texture. I started with fortnightly sessions of Customised Peels and Laser Treatments, and I switched my whole skincare regime over to The Dream Skincare range.

I was truly blown away with how much my skin changed just from the skincare alone! My inflammation disappeared and my skin/eyes are no longer irritated and red. My results from the treatments are truly astonishing. Now, I am able to go out for the day without having to hide behind makeup, feeling beautiful and my skin is glowing.

I cannot thank The Dream Team enough for their support and friendliness throughout this whole process. A special shoutout to Isabel, Lauren, Hendrica and Shenaja for always making me feel so welcome.

First time at the beautiful clinic and was looked after by Isabel and Julia who were so welcoming and warm. I highly recommend this clinic. The clinic and equipment are very clean. The staff are professional and well-trained. I had Flora looking after my skin for several months now and she’s been amazing. This clinic offers a variety of treatments for different skin issues. They also have their own skin care products that are of good quality and really help improve the skin.

Been using the skincare since June and doing treatments and I really loves it. The staffs are very friend and helpful.

Came here to improve my skin redness and overall health. Have been really pleased overall with Flora’s service and honesty. Although my skin is still red (sounds like it’s due to external factors), my overall skin texture feels healthier.
