Very nice clean and tidy. Includes all amenities you would need during your vacation especially for families. Just wish the TVs were smart. Everything else spot on. Was extremely helpful being able to have our own barbeque in at the back. Really enjoyed the resident koalas and the kids had a blast.

Spending almost 30 days and those were weekends including Thursday, having a very good relation with both Michael & Emily (host). I would like to thankyou both of you for our stay at your place and feel like a home where you dont have anything to get worried and host are really very helpful for guiding and care with great respect and honor. Whenever ill pass or visit will prefer to stay and explore more. Thankyou once again and appricated.

We really loved the weekend we spent here. We arrived and met Michael who was lovely. He personally showed us to our room and was very friendly. He showed us the koalas that live nearby in the trees and was very knowledgeable on the best places to grab a bite to eat. The room itself great; Beds were comfy, spa was nice and we enjoyed the patio area. We will definitely be back it was a lovely stay.

We were delighted to stay at the Dolphin Apartments last weekend partly because it was such a pleasant experience, partly because it was such good value (I think I'm a new convert to staying in apartments now for the luxury of space!) and partly because it was our first holiday since Covid-19 so we were determined to help put some money back into Victoria's economy even if it was just a two-night stay. Our modern two-bedroom apartment on the first floor was spotlessly clean and very well fitted out with two large bathrooms, a galley kitchen, a dining area and a verandah with table and chairs to look out over Apollo Bay. The kitchen had all the necessary items to make our breakfasts and dinner. The manager agreed with my husband's colleague's recommendations for dinner (Casalinga, an excellent Italian restaurant that has the best antipasto platter ever - you'll love their duck pate) and the Bayleaf for coffees. The apartment complex is just behind the Caltex service station and an easy two-block walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants, an IGA and Foodworks. I was particularly impressed that when we forgot our pillowcases on checking out, they swiftly mailed them home to us at no charge. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great stay at the dolphin apartments, the management team were extremely helpful and supportive! Apartments were clean, comfortable and well contained.

5 Star apartments, fully equipped, very clean and Perfect in every way, very welcoming and informative staff, the Location is the Best, 2 mins from a perfect beach, and 3 mins from the City centre, Highly recommended by Richard and Suzanne

Had excellent stay there. Apartment was very clean. Easy parking. Staff so coprative. I have 1 year old and 4 year old kids so they provided us child security gate for staires. It was so impressive she asked us by herself.she put that child security gate by herself. So will stay there our next visit. Regards.

Very nice, clean and tidy place. Just 2 minutes walk from beach and market.

This is the second time we visited Apollo Bay and again we stayed at The Dolphin Apartments. It is well maintained and has ample parking space. We stayed in the penthouse on level 3 and it has a beautiful view. The bedrooms are of adequate size and beds are comfy. The living room is large and opens in to the balcony giving a beautiful view of beach.

Please note there are no lifts here but the stairs to penthouse are easy to climb even for seniors.

I would however request the management to think about replacing the sofa bed as it's slightly uncomfortable on the sides. In the centre it's fine.

Highly recommend a stay at the dolphin apartments. You won't regret the decision.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Dolphin Apartments. Superb accommodation. Great views from the apartment. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Best accommodation in Apollo Bay. The apartment has a television in every room. It is very close to restaurants and supermarket. 5/5

We checked in after 9pm after a long tiring drive from 12 Apostles. We have two toddlers aged 2 & 3 and also another pair of adults.
Requested politely from the lady who was on duty at about 9ish pm that night 23/8/2019 these things which are pretty normal requests from most guests at motels/hotels:
- 2 extra pillows
- 1 extra comforter

The lady on duty looked hard back at me and said sarcastically “ you’re asking for too much hey? ”
I was appalled at the very rude response from a duty manager, who.if she even consider herself a duty manager, should at least have people relation skills when it comes to dealing with guests in the hospitality industry.

I went back to my room, and wanted to lock the front balcony because my two toddlers were sleeping on the sofa bed, just next to the balcony glass door. Because i couldn’t find the lock, I had to walk out again to the reception located next to my room. Asked the same lady/manager on duty, how do I resolve the lock issue because I’ve no clue I can’t find the lock. The lady just stared hard at me and said in a cold tone “ yes there’s a lock latch on the glass door”. And then she got up and just walked along with me into my room and just went straight to the balcony glass door and locked the latch which I realised actually it was the same dark tone colour as the door handle and it wasn’t visible enough from the naked eye. I politely said thank you and admitted I didn’t realise it was there. She just walked off back to her front office not looking back at me or acknowledging my word of thanks to her.
She just literally gave the look on her face like I was bothering her.
She clearly was unhappy at my request as a guest that pays $219 for one night stay and Failed to realise that CUSTOMERS ARE KING AND PAY YOUR SALARY!
I was very polite in asking for assistance but this nasty rude person did not even have the courtesy to show hospitality!

I’m not sure about other guests but this lady was either being very racist towards me since I am a tanned and Asian looking gentleman. Or she is not happy being there serving guests? !? !

Regretted the experience she spoiled us and will never ever return! Let alone recommend other friends!

FYI to the lady on duty that night, we stayed a night at Mantra Lorne the previous night and their guest service standards were impeccable! You need to learn from all the staff at Mantra Lorne!

Michael and his team are amazing and took care of all our needs in a very friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend everyone stay. It’s been a staple for my family for many years. We love the Dolphin Apartments.

I can not believe all the positive feedback about how gracious and friendly Michael and Emily are. I stayed at the Dolphin Apartments on the 27th to 30th May, 2019 with my husband and daughter. Michael was super friendly on the phone when I booked and paid the deposit for our penthouse apartment but when we arrived on the 27th May I didn't so much as get a smile from either of them. Michael showed us to the apartment, it was obvious it had a kitchen living area and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was almost done robot style with absolutely no expression on his face. Even when we had an accident in our hire car the next day and we had no car nothing was said, like how do we get back to Melbourne or nice places to eat. NOTHING! I told them a few times how nice the apartment was, still no expression on their faces. Michael took the balance of our stay out of my account immediately. No receipt was offered. I finally got a smile from Emily when I asked for a receipt and told her we were leaving to catch a bus back to Melbourne. I think they both need to brush up on their customer service. The penthouse was dirty and dusty.

This is such a beautiful place to visit. The apartments have absolutely everything one needs, right down to the coffee plunger. We stayed at one of the penthouses and watched the koalas in the trees. The staff are so friendly, they make u feel so welcome. If u want to get away from it all, this is the place for peace and serenity.
Absolutely love sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves crashing against the shoreline.
This was my third visit, can’t wait to come back here again.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. The location is close to the beach and commercial area. I will definitely come back to this place at the first chance to travel to Apollo Bay.
