I can't recommend Diamond Guys enough! Antony was extremely professional and helpful. When I contacted Antony regarding purchasing an engagement ring my knowledge was minimum at best. Antony was very informative and the whole process from start to finish was really enjoyable and he went above and beyond to help.
The quality and workmanship were fantastic and really couldn't have turned out better!

Ivor is extremely knowledgeable and was careful and precise in guiding me through the decision making process. He listened and absorbed crucial details unique to my partner and was able to find the perfect engagement ring for a great price very quickly.

I wasn't very sure what I was doing when I walked in to the Diamond Guys on the day I went in. I didn't know too much about rings or anything like that. Antony was brilliant from the very start and guided me to my choice according to my price range. The service was brilliant, my now fiancee loves her ring and can't stop looking at it. I highly recommend the Diamond Guys.

I'll keep it short and sweet. I haven't written a review before but felt like this was necessary.
For starters my now Fiancé loves her ring!
I'm just a normal bloke and had no idea about diamonds or rings or anything. I went to 6 different jewellers and the Diamond guys were miles Infront.
Everything about diamonds was explained in detail so i understood what i was buying and where to save money on buying a bigger diamond.
Out of the 5 jewellers I went to The Diamond guys were the only ones I went to where I didn't feel like I was being ripped off.
Highly recommend them.

Incredibly happy with our wedding bands. They designed and created my ring from merging two different designs, it turned out absolutely stunning and fits my engagement ring perfectly.

My husband went to the diamond guys prior to our engagement for my ring and could not speak highly enough about Antony and Ivor. When it was time to get wedding rings he was adamant that they were the only people we needed to see. Although I am thorough with my research whenever making a purchase it was absolutely clear cut (pardon the pun) that the team at the diamond guys are the best in Melbourne. They guided me through the process, made my decision easy and were so accommodating to my schedule, not to mention the friendly conversation and laughs that were shared while my engagement ring was getting cleaned, just because I was there. Antony and Ivor care about their work and about not just the customer but the person they are dealing with. I had the most exceptional experience dealing with Antony and the team at The Diamond Guys.

I went in there with zero knowledge about engagement rings and diamonds, and Antony explained all the fundamentals in simple to understand terms and guided me throughout the ring selection process.

Once I chose the ring design, the speed at which it was produced and ready for me to collect was incredible. It took less than 4 weeks for the whole process of me to walk in the door for the first time and pick up my ring, and this even crossed over the holiday period!

After proposing and needing the ring to be resized slightly, I dropped it off with The Diamond Guys with the expectation it would take a week to come back, and it was ready the next day!

The service is exceptional, pure and simple. At no point did Antony ever try and upsell and he was upfront and honest and very transparent about things.

I cannot recommended them any more for anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring or any other jewellery.

I will most definitely return in the future.

A late review, but a well deserved 5 star one. Antony helped educate and design the perfect ring for my finance based on a snowflake, whilst helping work to my budgets. The ring turned out much better than I imagined. The service was impeccable. Can't recommend these guys enough.
