Definitely A+ service from the Detail workshop (now relocated to Thomastown as of Nov 2023!). Lommy is a gem and goes the extra mile. He is approachable, passionate about cars, cares about his customers, and genuine with his advice and services on offer, and honestly just a cool dude to chat with. Chose to do a full paint correction of my civic and the way the car glosses afterwards, unreal. Then did a full front ppf and ceramic and I was happy with the result! Got a paint correction and ceramic coating treatment. Service is not cheap but you get what you pay for. With Lommy you don't just get a job done and dusted, instead you become involved with a whole journey and experience of vehicle detailing.

My experience began with a 2 hour long phone call where Lommy explored all my options and we decided exactly what kind of ceramic treatment suited my needs. There was no selling or pressuring, it was all about finding out what was best for my particular situation. He then went into a very detailed tutorial of how to take care of my car until my appointment date.

The whole detailing process was very involved, with Lommy constantly keeping me updated and explained every process along the way. I had never felt more confident leaving my car with someone.

The post-care was also fantastic, once again with detailed instructions on how to maintain that new car look with maintenance washes and regular upkeep. We must've spent another 2 hours talking about the nitty gritty details of auto care!

Lommy did incredible work on my new car Land cruiser Prado. Great attention to detail, friendly customer service, use only top quality products. Lommy also went through every detail outlining the condition of the car, the process to restore it, the products used to what should be done to maintain the level of work that you've initially invested. He kept me posted and was being shown photos/Videos throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend these guys more! He went above and beyond on my car.
