I went to see Dr Goodman about my acne years ago. While I was there I asked him about a nail condition of mine, to which I wasn’t provided a diagnosis or any advice for at all, only that he could not help me with my nails & that I would be dealing with them for the rest of my life. He did not provide me with a referral to see a specialist either, which was very strange, or even suggest ways in which I could improve the look of my nails. I ended up seeing a new dermatologist who provided me with a proper diagnosis and full explanation, ran tests, and now I’ve been referred on to another specialist who provided me with options for my condition. I don’t enjoy raining on parades but my experience was not professional or empathetic in the slightest.

I had a great experience at DIV. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and efficient and made some great recommendations for me. I was travelling from quite far away so I appreciated that they made the time to complete a consult and treatment for me on the same day even though the clinic was very busy. Mike was very well informed about the treatment I was receiving and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I will be back in a few months time for my next treatment:)

Extremely rude staff not willing to listen to me at all. They had the nerve to tell me that if I was late they would charge me. In addition I had confirmed the appointment twice and still they contacted me. I cancelled the appointment.

Exceptional, professional and friendly service from clearly knowledgeable specialists. These guys are field-leaders who do their research and know their stuff. Highly impressed with the thoroughness and the knowledge and service, which is way past what you'd expect. I could not be happier as a patient.

Your skin is your body’s largest organ.be picky about who looks after it. I had been seeing another dermatologist further away who was excellent; but Dr Lee Mei Yap at DIV has taken my skin to the next level.honestly; my skin has never looked better!

Dr G. Goodman is a smooth operator and highly competent however I sacked him after 18 months of antibiotics for acne and went to a Gnarly old WASP whom I got on side (Roaccutane). Subsequent to that I went back to Greg for some minor work on an existing scar and he now knew the run of the game (he heard from me and most likely formally from the other ex Army (WWII) dermatologist I 'd been elsewhere).

I notice on another site called Ratemds.com or something similar - old Greg has had a lot of bad raps recently. He may have changed a lot (in a psycho sense but working with a slew of women looking for cosmetic surgery in many cases may well have caused that). In addition, a lot people are getting the boot into his staff in the reviews.

It sounds to me as if he might have recruited a lot of Sth Yarra Princesses.or perhaps ; Good Help is Hard to Find. Some of those reviews are barely literate or done completely in capitals on a mobile phone while sipping coffee in some Sth Yarra eatery? , so you have to wonder about the so called mentality behind them.

There is one in particular where one woman complains about use of the Fbomb by GG and some comments he made about the lifestyle of the son. Now Roacc /Acc causes rectal thinning. Inter Alia. It is clear that this post refers to Roacc.so was the son clearly a wooly wooftah and GG was concerned about the knock on effects? Could be.you can be sure that most reviewers will be telling only a small fraction of the truth.by Timothy E Fidler, past patient.

I regularly see Dr Kathryn Armour for skin checks and other treatments. She is absolutely fantastic! After many years of having horror experiences with other dermatologists in the area, i'm so grateful to have found Dr Armour. Friendly, caring and extremely talented!

I have travelled from Darwin to DIV for the last 2.5 years and will go nowhere else for the fantastic staff and best available treatment in dermatological care

I first went to DIV because of scars from a car accident many years earlier. And I've continued in order to maintain my appearance and for general skin care. The service is friendly and professional but, most importantly, the results are terrific. Highly recommended

In 2012, I went here for mole removal treatment, the Doctor recommended I get both of the flat black moles above my upper lip cut out, one was cut so deep I was worried about scarring but she assured me it would be ok. A red raised scar developed over the one that had the deep cut, it was like I had exchanged the mole for the scar, I thought it would fade over time, but it's been about 7 years and the raised scar is still there, except the colour has faded into a pinkish tone, it looks like a pimple scar.

When I asked if I could see someone re the scar, I was told the consult would be around $270 before rebates, so I did not proceed with it. I felt as though they only cared about the money.

Unfortunately I can only rate this institute based on its practice and appointment management. After being held in an office for over 45 minutes, frequently being told, "he wont be long"I had to leave. Sadly I had to wait over 4 months to get this appointment, take the morning off work and still not have an opportunity to see him. Extremely disappointing especially since I was so highly recommended by his acquaintances. I understand things can get busy at clinics, but it's best not to overbook and advise patients on the expected delay. We understand your time is valuable but so is ours.

My experience with, Professor Goodman and his team at DIV has been exceptional over the past few years. He has treated my skin issues with expertise, creativity, sensitivity, generosity, good humour and professionalism. He undertook a challenging problem and stayed with it, which I am sincerely grateful for. I would highly recommend Greg Goodman and his team to anyone who cares about real results, and also of importance, the quality of their treatment experience.

No help no compassion, rushed appointment happy and quick to take your money though should be ashamed to charge that amount for a consultation

The experience so far has been exceptional and everyone I have met in DIV have been friendly and caring. I had lost some of my brows from a traumatic incident over a decade ago and it was only when I came to DIV that I felt I had some help. Alani has been beyond amazing with her expert advice and has been taking great care of my brows. Also I am very thankful for Prof Goodman in kindly giving me his time and opinion during my visits with Alani as well. Thank you to the DIV team.

From the ladies in reception, to the nurses and finally Dr Goodman I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of service, kindness, empathy and professionalism anywhere else. I came to Dr Goodman as a referral from another clinic after having a non-surgical rhinoplasty go COMPLETELY wrong. The last two days have been absolutely manic but the team at DIV have literally made me feel calmer and hopeful that I will see a full recovery. The receptionist team here are actually so friendly I can't even believe it, the nurses literally have the personas of the most caring mothers in the world and Dr Goodman makes you feel so calm, informed and that you are being treated by the best. Which you are. Whoever owns this business has literally got the best team of people working in one place and you need to know that!

Bad experience with dr Arron Boyce. I have moved from Brisbane and needed to continue a skin medication that my Brisbane dermatologist had been safely prescribing me did many years with obvious proof of health records to show. Not only did dr Boyce not prescribe me the medication he had no good reason for not doing so and he charged me $295.
In any other industry if you can't perform the service you don't take the payment. Why did I pay dr Arron Boyce for nothing? I don't know. No stars

I was nervous initially, and was worried about people thinking I looked 'frozen'. The impact was amazing, and I still looked like me.only better! I find Mike extremely professional in his approach to find out my needs, whilst educating me on what can work to reach my desired outcomes.
It is definitely worth taking the time to talk with Mike about what options you have to look great.

Very professional service and great natural looking results. Be sure to ask for Mike, he is the best! Be sure to check out the Metallic art work in the upstairs reception area, it is like it is alive and following you!
