The Dermatology Clinic

The rudest receptionist I've ever talked to. Yes. Definitely not going there. Well, this clinic definitely needs to get rid of her.

Called and spoke with Laura at reception was in the process of attempting to discuss my reason for potential review when Laura cut me off mid sentence and explained something I hadn't even had to opportunity to ask yet about a referal to see a dermatologist and was promptly told they have no bookings until February. When I stated that I was explaining the inital issue to see if a dermatologist or optamologist would be better, I was shut down and and advised to just 'see my GP' what I had stated I had done so about this issue already.
I won't be seeking referral this company even if it is the only one local to me.
Pretty poor communication.

Dr Gin was a very good communicator and made sure I understood the whole process well before I started. I got rid of terrible psoriasis that was all over me and had been for years. Highly recommend.

Returned a few years later with the same symptoms but despite paying $280 for a follow up appointment[because it had been too long], I was told I couldn't get UV treatment anymore because I was not vaccinated. Just gotta try the creams now.

Receptionist is rude and has no professionalism when speaking to patients. This is not the first bad review about her either!

Receptionist was so rude, totally put me off. Would not even check her emails to see if she had received my referral

Recently visited clinic at Officer with my husband Leo who had over some time (12 months) developed a skin "rash" that would not go away. In fact it was spreading slowly to all parts of his body. From our first appt with Dr Stephen Gilmore we were put at ease & felt comfortable & reassured that we would find an answer to Leo's skin complaint. We found Dr Gilmore to be patient, kind, reassuring and thorough. A couple of appts later, a biopsy, and a course of medication & Leo's rash had disappeared.
The office staff were excellent, empathetic, professional, friendly and polite on all our visits. Thanks team. Would recommend highly a visit to The Dermatology Clinic, Officer.

I made an appointment on behalf of a client and I have never dealt with someone so incredibly rude in my entire life. The receptionist had no patience, was rude and unprofessional. I advise the clinic get a new person running the phone lines. If it wasn't for my client, id suggest going somewhere else. Anywhere but here! Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely horrible. I would give no stars. When I made my first appointment the lady I spoke to was full of attitude and was huffing and puffing on the phone while I was speaking to her like she couldn't care less. The doctor completely stuffed me around and they charged me a lot of money when I was in the clinic for less then 5 minutes. Most times it felt like the Dr didn't know what he was talking about and also spoke to me about personal stuff in front of other people in the waiting room. I was totally embarrassed and went home very in tears. I would not recommend this clinic to anybody.
