The Crispy Catch Fish & Chips Ringwood East

Like the food here but we get it delivered & so often they leave items out, tonight it was the chips. Previously it's been dimmies or nuggets. Rang the shop & they reckon they don't have our order no. Not worth the grief. Will go somewhere else. Ian, Ringwood.

Been ordering from this shop for years and they always deliver delicious fish and chips for great value. Great customer service as had a mishap in ordering over the phone but they promptly sorted it out in store.

Went today, in a mobility scooter, young girl came and served me at door, (greatly appreciated) then bought my food oyr, burger was better than i expected, potatoe cakes were good! Cheers

Out for a Sunday ride and stopped for coffee, decided to try fish n chips here and have to say, the best I have had in a very longtime. They did not disappoint worth the ride and visit.

Was told they do gluten free, rubbish my partner became very sick, when asked about why, they said the potatoes were gf

Terrible experience. They got my order wrong and tried to blame and shame me in front of other customers. Then I left with my order and realised they missed more items. Will never be coming back absolutely rude service.

Customer service member was so polite that I had to give this review. Very welcoming with a smile on his face. That alone will keep me coming back to this store, this type of service should always be highlighted. Fantastic work!

Me and my Family was looking for lunch first time getting take away from The Crispy Catch fish & chip, The staff we're very welcoming and took my order in good time and food was cooked at it's best, potato cakes a bit small ask for 4 and got compensated with 10
Very nice fish and chips love them so that's a win win.

I've bumped up my rating from a 4 to 5 because after a couple of years of living in Ringwood, I'm happy to report, this is the best F'n'C shop in the area. Friday's are busy, but they are consistently good, decent prices & friendly staff. Nice work!

Got some whiting, pineapple fritters, potato cakes, chips and veggie burger.
The chips were really good nice and crunchy. The potato cakes we also crunchy, but perhaps a bit thin. The pineapple fritters were amazing! Really delicious. I ordered one fried fish and one grilled, but the fried fish was soggy. We only live 5 mins from here so it must have got soggy very quickly but it was disappointing and not enjoyable. But the grilled fish was quite nice. The veggie burger was good, nothing to write home about. Probably will try other local fish and chipperies before returning (just my experience).

Can't get enough of their battered fish and calamari rings, now a family favourite; we're lucky it's within our 15km radius! They greet you with a smile as soon as you enter their very tidy shop! Highly recommended!

I have been twice since the change of owners, the first time was bad but thought I would give them another chance. Food very oily to the point the paper the food was wrapped in was leaking in a corner. Potato cakes were inedible. Sorry guys: (

We had a large order and they forgot to give us a bag of food. I realised when got home. They made a fresh batch of what was missing but the rest wasn't very nice by the time i got home again. The staff were lovely and apologetic for the mishap

It is under a new management and I absolutely the burger they gave me. The shop is much much cleaner and tidier than before. I got a burger lot without an egg and they even charged me less because I did not wanted the egg in it which was very nice. Highly recommend it

The best grilled fish&fresh salads I could get in Melbourne. We drive from Ferntree Gully at least twice a month to have these. Friendly staff&reasonably nice ambience.
