The Crane General Practice

I have been seeing Dr Lim for several years and cannot recommend her highly enough! It’s so hard to find a good GP and Dr Lim is extremely thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. She is very caring and really takes the time to listen to provide the best recommendations/diagnosis for each issue. You will always be in the best hands at this clinic.

The Doctors are wonderful & extremely caring. No stone is left unturned. I can not recommend The Crane General Practice high enough. The reception staff are so kind and helpful. I have been a patient for many years.

Dr Jessie Rafeld is the best doctor I've ever seen - professional, friendly, caring and beautiful in heart. I have followed her from the other clinic to this one, totally worth it and will keep seeing her. Strongly recommend Dr Jessie to be your GP. 10/10:)

Dr Lim has established a great medical practice. She is very knowledgeable, the other doctors are great too. The clinic is professional, well organised & has a welcoming, calm atmosphere.

The staff, nurses and doctors at Crane are dedicated and committed to patient well-being. They've been so supportive, helping my wife and I find and manage specialist care, at a time when chronic illness reduced our family income. I can't speak highly enough of Dr Lim, Dr Lauren and the entire team. It's been comforting to have them in our corner after spending a few years in the bulk billing wilderness, without continuity of care or the experience we finally found at Crane.

Such lovely and caring doctors. You get what you pay for. Definitely worth the price! Would recommend to anybody who needs caring doctors

Fantastic practice - very caring and efficient. Dr Lim and all the doctors I have seen are excellent. The practice maintained a high level of service throughout the pandemic and continues to do so now, providing simultaneous vaccinations for Covid and flu. Thoroughly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr Lim for over a year now. She’s incredible, the most thorough and caring GP I’ve ever been treated by. I’ve seen other doctors at the practice when she’s been unavailable and everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. One time the reception staff went and filled a script for an injection because I was too unwell to walk to the pharmacy. Everyone there just always goes above and beyond.

I felt so welcomed and comfortable at my first appointment today. All staff were super accommodating & friendly. I also felt that the Dr I saw was extremely attentive & really took the time to help me with my needs.:)

We could not be happier with the Crane GP and the highly-capable team, who have effectively responded to the diverse requirements of our family. We feel well supported and could not imagine going anywhere else for our healthcare needs.

Great until they charge you $90 for a 5 min phone consult that was 25 minutes late. Makes me feel like I'm back in America.

If you give an extra 5 min for admin stuff, that's still $540/hr. Wish I could charge that much for my work.

Edited to respond: I was told over the phone when I scheduled the appointment that it would be bulk billed since it was expected to be quick. And I'm well aware of how the Australian system works, as I've lived here for quite a while. In case you haven't noticed, it's almost impossible to find a bulk billing GP any more.

Amazing practice! My husband and I have been lucky enough to get into this practice after being referred to them by family members.
Dr Lim is a pocket rocket - thorough, highly engaged, focussed, activated and just a delight to deal with. The nurses and admin team are understanding and supportive as well. A fabulous, progressive and community minded practice!
