Please be careful when purchasing something! They have the signs at a lower price and once you get to the counter they charge you a higher price, so check your receipt! They donor so fast so you don’t senti and then if you stand there to tell them they just ignore you! Has happened to me a few times!
Also I’ve noticed the bread isn’t fresh anymore, think they put the old bread on top of the fresh ones and charge you the same price!

My go to place for Fruit and vegetables, has to be the biggest variety in the area, and great prices

Their prices are outstanding and the quality of the produce is wonderful
Staff are always friendly and available to help when needed, my kids love coming here and getting to try fruits/vegetables they haven't tried before. Such a great variety and it helps when you're on a tight budget, I have saved so much money shopping here compared to when I use to shop at other supermarkets Keep up the great work guys!

The Asian guy that kept following and only me whilst I was shopping thinking I was going to steal something and pretending he was on his phone big F U! There was other people there & you followed me felt harassed & I had a kid with me & to the other stupid lady server who was so impatient with me preparing my payment but decided to serve someone at the same time, get another job if you can’t handle the one your in. Rude person.

I went to your shop yesterday as I started to check mango she started to yell at me in front of 20 to 30 people not to switch mangoes.if we are not allowed to do that please tell us nice and with a normal tone it's very uncomfortable and unhealthy and very bully towards to me. Any way I paid 20$ for a box. So I suppose I don't have to buy off mangos. And if we not supposed to check and get what we want write a not and advertise in front of the box.this is very bad experience we come to shop not to beg. If she doesn't know how to talk tell her to do not yell at people.give her some education about customer service.

My go to market. Great prices, good customer service. Butchers can be rude sometimes towards women. Never been rude to me tho.

Very sorry to write a comment, one of the staff at reception is very rude. She doesn’t know how to behave with human. Today’s happened with me second time.

I visit this market often. It's good that sometimes you can buy a box of fruit at a good price.

I can’t believe they’re so shamed for not valuing their honest customers. We have been buying from them for years and found we have been charged extra for 1x item out of 27 items. We tried to contact them over the phone on the same day multiple times and left a voice message but no one answered the phone or called back.

The price we were charged was double the price of what was on the signboards and the total difference was $5.62. After a week, we went shopping again and asked at the counter for a refund of the extra money charged but the irresponsible staff at the counter decided not to refund and asked to bring the products back to weight. The weight was clearly written on the receipt but the arrogant girl at the counter kept asking to bring the products because she couldn’t trust us. I said check the footage as they’ve footage to confirm the items we bought and that’s why they have cameras, but she refused to check the camera or ask the owner. Clearly, thieves, as the same issue happened to us once before, but another staff member said we don't need to bring items but just ring the store and they will fix, but now another lazy girl was saying bring the items.

Never going to buy items from Cranbourne market ever again. The issue was the principles and value of customers otherwise the $5.62 is nothing while we spend hundreds every time.

Great shop a large selection of meat and chicken and deli products good range of pastas and fresh fruit and vegetables

Love shopping here. Lots of continental meats, pasta, cheeses & my coffee. Buy 2 boxes Bisleri chinotto in big bottles at a time closer than going to Mediterranean Wholesalers.

Love the quality of fruit and veggies here, much fresher than the supermarket and the prices are great as well

Very rude guy at the meat department man with the beard. This guy was watching me waiting to be served it wasn't as busy. But he looked at me with the rude unhappy face with my 2 kids on the pram. I go to this place and spend almost $250 a week and with this kind of approach I feel like I won't be coming back. I am a business owner myself and I know how you should approach your customers with respect.

Great variety of products, need to know your prices though. It's a great marketplace for specialised items & international favourites.

Good market. Lot of fruit and vegetable options. They have chicken, beef, pork as well. Great price as well.

Some items are inexpensive. But some are too high. The quality of items was also not so fresh. Shopping space was very tight even on a week day. Not sure how weekends will be. Won't be going back.

One of my favourite places for fruit and veg.
That said the meat dept is of excellent quality and value
