So incredibly helpful! The staff are so lovely and knowledgeble, and they have such a huge range of costumes and accessories. Helped me and my sister get ready with ease for our 1920's themed Murder Mystery. 10/10 would recomend, and I am certainly coming back here to get my halloween costume!

I recently visited The Costumery for a work function and was blown away by the incredible selection of costumes and accessories. The store was impeccably organized and easy to navigate, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in no time.

But the best part of my visit was the staff member named Olympia. She was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations based on my interests. She was knowledgeable about the various costumes and accessories, and she even offered to help me try on a few different items to find the perfect fit.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at The Costumery, and it was all thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Olympia. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of costume hire.

This was my 2nd time hiring from The Costumery and both experiences were amazing! They were really helpful with finding me accessories for my costumes and really gracious with me when i failed to bring the costume back until the Wednesday after the event! Really grateful for the wonderful I've received from all the staff at The Costumery and have and will continue to recommend them to all of my friends!

Awesome place for costumes to hire or buy. Staff are always helpful. There is a large variety and there's always heaps of little things to add to the details. You can easily pull off any character or costume you want. From wigs, bling, moustaches, paint etc. They literally have everything!

The options they got are a joke, only thing worse is the prices.everywhere else sells the costume i wanted from 40-60 dollars yet this places sells it for 100bucks.terrible

Had to get a disco outfit last minute. I thought I'd just go in, get pointed to the section and then try out a couple of things until I found one I liked - but the staff went above and beyond - taking me to the section and suggesting outfits and colour combinations that would work the best. The disco outfit they handpicked for me literally turned me into a celebrity when I went out to the bars with it the next night. 5/5 would recommend.

Staff were exceptional helpful. Bianca and Olympia went way above to help me find my '80s long-haired band member' outfit. Will definitely go there again next time

Due to pandemic we were penalised and got charged for not even taking out costume out of the store.
