Great friendly expert service. Computing and data protection is such a worry these days and the guys have sorted me out. Also just bought a desktop from them to upgrade and they made it very easy and I just plugged it in and all good. I would not go anywhere else as they are the most experienced and know how to talk in "normal" language so it's easy to understand.

Popped into The Computer Company store today with a very unwell laptop. Russell was very knowledgeable and honest. My laptop has faded to black (thanks for the quote Russell) and is not revivable but thanks to his advice, I've now been assured I'll be getting a new one (by the initial provider) even though the warranty has expired! I highly recommend these guys, they know their stuff and are v helpful and nice!

I'm so happy that our computer is fixed! Dropped it off mid-morning and they were done with it the same day. Russell was very friendly.

Came in with a 5 yo laptop that took 20 minutes to start up. And lots longer to actually talk to me. Walked out 2 days later with a rocket, turn it on and a minute later everything's up and talking to me. Diagnosis was a lot of conflicting start-up programs and a sick hard drive. It took a new SSD and full service but for minimal dollars. A very happy customer here.
