The Coffee Club Café - Casey Central

I’ve been the usual customer but today i left the shop and i forgot to take my coffee from table and go to another and just take 2 minutes and came back and asked them they said maybe someone took your coffee but after i got up the services come to clean up the table.finally they did not accept me and don’t give me back my coffee, i’m really angry because i did not drink it and it was full
after that i will not go to this shop any more

Had very rude staff,
Was extremely dissatisfied in the service I received after having the chef laughing at something we ordered and having staff tell us something completely different

Very poor customer service and will not be returning.

Arrived at 3.30pm on Friday. Informed kitchen closed. Could only have a coffee in a paper cup. Kitchen staff just standing leaning on bench. Had to repeat my order 4 times. I noticed 7 other tables all had paper cups.
Came a couple of days ago and new staff, orders mixed up.
Obviously new staff and owners need training.

I checked the website and it states closure time 5pm.

Asked the staff member, told me it was a slow day.

The amount of customers that have gone elsewhere.

Would have increased the profit margin

Absolutely loved! Took myself here on a solo date lol and the staff were amazing, so welcoming and sweet. Exceptional service! And the food was amazing, my eggs Benny was the best thing I’ve eaten in a while. The eggs were perfect and the presentation was so good! The chai latte was all perfect, right amount of foam and good temperature. And that’s coming from a cafe all rounder so I know my stuff haha

Came here on Sunday 29th October for lunch.

Ordered the fresh Avo on sourdough. Added 2 eggs onto my meal. Eggs were in-ediable. Like rubber to the point my fork wouldn’t even stick into it. The added halloumi was also tough couldn’t cup it up or chew it properly. Mushrooms were dry and crispy. This place has gone down a lot in the past 6 months. Would have rather spent our money somewhere else to be honest.

As always great service excellent and friendly staff and coffee is always made the way you request it. Cannot fault this coffee venue. Added to the quiet ambience and location I think it is a great place to visit.

Waited almost 50 minutes for my meal while everyone else who ordered before me had already received there meal and left the area
Really unnecessary, I asked multiple times how long how long and they said it’s coming now

The pastries and cakes here are lovely. I took away a Citrus Tart, Carrot Cake, Mud Cake, and a New York Cheese Cake and they were all scrumptious. The staff were kind and polite and packaged my cakes/tart with care.

Customer service was acceptable, food unfortunately was not as expected, calamari flavours were nice but chewy to the point of not being able to be swallowed, cheese burger had the cheese on top of the salad not on top of the patty, the texture a flavour of the meat was less than acceptable, fish and chips was very delicious, the place was clean and appealing to the eye, an extra improvement would help to make the difference

Extremely poor service. Waited 45 mins to get simple eggs on toast. And when the eggs showed up they were dry and not edible at all. Poor service and sad food. Love going to the coffee club chain but will not be back to this one!

Continually having my order arrive & none of what I ordered is in it. Quite frustrating as I tried to call them multiple times & it doesn’t even ring.

I had a mango and passion fruit smoothie. Ok. The staff were lovely BUT this place is looking run down. The covers of the bench seats are badly damaged and very uncomfortable to sit on particularly if you don't have jeans on. Bringing the whole place down to looking shabby.

I was wondering why the almond flat white I purchased today was weak and tasteless. The bottom of the cup revealed 2cm of undesolved coffee grounds. Mystery solved. Never again.

Bought a cappuccino with no sugar from them. Gave me what was either a hot chocolate or a cappuccino with way too much sugar. Brought it up with them, refused to remake it. As it is, it's a rip-off. If I was a diabetic would be way worse.

Great food, awesome service. Ordered cappuccino, mocha, big brekkie and salmon eggs benny, delicious.

Well on Saturday about 1230pm we ordered egg and bacon roll and coffee, it was not busy and we wait for 25 mins when it came it was terrible the bacon was so dry and hard the egg was over cook and it cold we toke it back and he said will would make it again for you we said no, you should not put out food like this and he did offer refund all could was sorry.we will not go back for food but is nice.

Waited 45min for our food at 10am. 1 coffee was really hot and the other Luke warm. Still waiting whilst writing this. People came in after us have already eaten and left.

Very disappointed no greeting no smile on face poor service no they serve chocolate milk shake in takeaway coffee cup even my 5 year old daughter was asking me is this coffee but i we ordered shake and they put straw in it and coffee frappe was rubbish no taste so bitter.

Very very disappointing service. The coffee was nice but waited over an hour for food which was the wrong order. Eventually cancelled and got our money back because we had to leave.
