Staff eating their meals in cafe where customers are, tables needs to be cleaned and cleared away asap, floors needs to be done as well, all in all its ok

Uncooked bacon!
First they got our order wrong. We were asked to wait and then served uncooked bacon.

Ordered an eggs Benny with Ham - after a 20min wait, received a Benny with Salmon drenched in hollandaise. Partner's dish was incorrect and returned as well. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the adequate coffee.

Do not eat cakes from here they were horrible.when we complained owner said they were 3 days old nothing wrong with them. Don’t come here!

Worst cafe ever. Don’t even bother coming here. Stayed over 1 hour to receive our order. Inquired several times but the rude staff dismissed saying they’re busy, and it may take about 30 minutes more. I had a hungry toddler and when asked if they can make his order early, they refused saying they have bigger orders to fulfil. When inquired for the 3rd time they informed that the docket hasn’t been sent to the kitched. Didn’t even bother to apologize. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY COMING HERE! Don’t even deserve 1 star!

I been to coffee club shop today with my family and we ordered 4 coffees and one cookie for my one year old daughter

My daughter eat cookies and make some mess and I clean from the table and when service girl came to pick up dishes I said sorry for mess but no reply from her at all and other one more lady was making us very uncomfortable to have look again again towards my daughter every time

Beyond appalling
Sit down waiting for order, food arrives cold, missing avocado.
Eggs were cold and hard boiled. I requested if they could please re-cook eggs having runny yolk.
Waitress brings meal back, telling me I asked for them medium, I was not and never have been asked how I want my poached eggs cooked.
I then asked for the second time could I please have the eggs redone or I’m happy for my money back. No apology, other than a male waiter handing me back cash.
You would think that they would have preferred a happy customer over a bad review and no further business from us.

Have had coffee and lunch at this branch several times, it used to be very good, however the last couple of times including today has not been very good and the standard seems to have dramatically dropped, today its the lowest its been and will never patron this branch again.
Ordered coffee and muffin for in house seating.got coffee in take away cups and it was bitter tasting, muffin was not very tasty at all probably stale, no sugar on any of the tables so had to go and ask for some, gave some to me out of a plastic tub from under the bench, I asked as to why we got take away cups and not proper cups (had a bunch of them stacked on the coffee machine). No real excuse as to why, but blamed the till ordering system, when in fact it would have been the person taking my order who asked if i wanted take away and I said no were on table number xx, so no excuse really, and I got No apology, but was offered to have the coffee poured into mugs if I wanted.
Wasn't as if the Cafe was really busy.it wasn't.
Never going back again.

Took awhile for food to come out considering there were less people, the food didn’t look like photos, bit small for price, the food it self was alright.

Absolutely amazing service from the girl in checkered shirt today! Food was delicious and her coffee was even better, this is by far my new fav place for coffee and lunch.

I’m currently on a visit to Melbourne and visit coffee shop in the Cranbourne Shopping Centre every day for a latte.

I usually get my coffee within five minutes

I ordered my coffee on 23/04//023 at around 10.20 am.

Since my coffee was not served for a very long time I went over to the counter and asked about my coffee. The staff member (Stewart). He told me very very rudely that the wait time for Cofee w 25 minutes and that I was free to take a refund if that not suit me.

I then told him that i could have been told when I ordered that this was the wait time. Again he very rudely said that I can take back my money.

I’m quite shocked and disappointed that Coffee Shop employ people with such manners in a service based business like theirs.

I must add that the other staff are always very courteous and polite.

I emailed my complaint on 23rd April and as of 28th April my complaint has not even been acknowledged.

Bought two flat white today and taste was horrible. I am a coffee club member and first bought our coffee at this branch and taste is really horrible. Weak and watery taste.

Special compliments to girl, Shivani working at front of house. I was so impressed the way she understood special needs of my child’s order. It’s been the rarest experience.

We looked up that it was open and drove all the way there just to be greeted with it being closed when everywhere it says it’s open. And no signage to say otherwise. We arrived at 9: 05am on a Thursday.

New staff members today so things were not as good as we are used to. Having said that Catt was very helpful and picked up the slack with a smile and friendly service.

I just ordered at 9.25 am this morning and asked around 9.42am how long do i need to wait then the staff responded very negatively and even sounded that I was wrong. Will never go back any Coffee Club and they are disgraceful

Your site is out of date now not open at 9am but site says 8am however muffin break is open so they got my money 5 stars for them you loose

Not the first time, but many times!
When am trying to get Green Smoothies you dont have it anymore. Staff advised that they dont have any ingredients? Where every coffee clubs i have been too they actually do have ingredients and they make them. So why tjis store never make it? So, am recommending not to go this store as they dont have anything. Not sure if the manager decided not sell this products anymore or just a lazy staffs.

Come here all the time - most of the time we get amazing customer service and good - waiters and waitresses are friendly and polite- however the manager is very rude and not accommodating for people who can’t eat a certain ingredient and wants to charge to swap with something that would cost same price if was an additional extra - she also pulls up her staff in front of customers when should be done away - feel for the staff here.
