Good place to have breakfast or lunch, especially lovely service from Bhoomi, makes a great smoothie too!

Was greeted by Suzi the other day she gave great service with a beautiful smile. Always a pleasure to eat food when the service is as good as this.

I saw on screen display of new fresher salad option. It was cauliflower, haloumi with so many yummy ingredients blended with most amazing taste with good portion size. Every bite touched my soul. When u on healthy eating its hard to get right but trust. You all heathy eaters should try this salad there. Loved it.

Hi My Name is Jesslyn Penglase I went out for lunch with my mum, I had a chicken burgers and chips for lunch my mum had a tosted sandwich with chicken and avocado our drinks we had were one mocha coffee and one chocolate milkshake I know it was a while back now but I thought I should write a very nice comment and I come here a lot we Love the coffee club everything was amazing.on this day Wednesday May The 31st 2023

Have visited this coffee club often in the last couple of months. The staff are so very friendly and courteous.
Food is lovely - had the Cauliflower/Haloumi salad today - looked delicious, aromas were delicious and the taste was delicious too.
The tables were neat and clean and whilst I was seated in the mall area section, I noticed the staff attending to the tables and sweeping several times. I'll be visiting again)

Had the eggs benedic it was well presented but eggs were a little over cooked. It seemed like they were having a little trouble keeping up with the coffee orders as a lot of people were nearly finished eating before they arrived. Overall not a bad experience but they do n red to lift the bar higher

We visit to the coffee club karingal with my mosaic group at least ten ladies the service and atmosphere was fantastic very polite staff management I had the best Banoffee frappe and eat smoked salmon & caper flat grill and My friend eat Crunchy Nacho Chicken Flat Grill it's fantastic & Delicious food.yummy food. ️️️

If I could give this place a zero star, I would because my first and only was very disappointing. I ordered eggs Benedict today and what came vs what was advertised were completely different things. The staff appeared puzzled when I asked them to amend my order. My plate was missing spinach and they lied to me about not having it in stock as the person I went with had spinach on their plate. Also, the waiting time was ridiculous. I ended up asking for a refund after they butchered my order for the second time in a row. I doubt I will ever show my face to this place again as it was a waste of my time.

I ordered eggs Benny and what I actually got when it came out was hard boiled eggs on cold toast, my partner s scrambled eggs were also cold and mushroom didn't even looked cooked.very very disappointed especially when you pay almost $60 for two meals. I won't be back ever again after today's experience.

I recently went here, the server - i think her name was monalisa was so helpful and accommodating.she saw i was struggling to order on the app and immediately came to help.very good, i would go again:)

Had to wait for staff to finish conversation before they took my order at the counter. Person taking the order didn’t appear to know where things were on the touch screen. These things didn’t really bother me. Ordered tea and some scones. Nothing that required kitchen preparation. This seemed to take a relatively long time to come out. When food and drinks arrived, the cups and teapots were dirty. I understand that dishwashers are used. But surely when you remove items and they are not clean, some manual washing could be done to ensure cleanliness for your customers. Chairs were also dirty, had to swap them around so I could sit on a not so dirty one without chocolate on it. Won’t be going there again.

Well what an experience, can’t review food cause I didn’t turn up! I went to karingal hub for a memory visit, from moving 25 years ago, just to have service that I have never experienced anywhere, with understanding that humans make mistakes, but all staff couldn’t care less about service or our needs! Was absolutely shocked at service.

What a waste of time and money! We got take-away and yes, they were busy but the staff were also very inefficient. So many people cancelled their order and left while Uber drivers waited endlessly to get their order.

When we finally got out order, avo on sourdough was missing Avo! So all I had was some salad leaves and sourdough and some very dry feta.

Pathetic.

Took ages for somone to finish their conversation and take my order. Ordered sourdough sandwich and chips to take home. Got home order was not mine. Tried to call but couldn't find phone number. Very disappointed but was not going to drive from langwarrin back to karingal

My food was delicious. I found service to be prompt and friendly. My iced coffee was strong and bitter, which is just how I like it.

Went out with my family the other day for brunch. Food was delicious and so were the drinks. Thankyou so much Mackenzie for your service and beautiful smile.

All food and drinks were very ordinary, stuffed up the order multiple items. There was no mention of the public holiday charges for boxing day which it is Sunday not Tuesday the actual public holiday.

Terrible service, food sat under heat lamps while I watched my family finish their food.
My wife ended up retrieving the meal from the lamps while staff watched.
The food that was ordered was incorrect.
Not a cheap experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone
