The Clinic Williamstown reviews
50I have been a patient of this Clinic for over 50 years and experienced changes of ownership. I have found my GP Dr John Haddad to be very professional and “on the ball” regarding diagnosis and current trends in medications. He is also never hesitant in referring me on to Specialists for an opinion if necessary.
It was quick and efficient booking an appointment over the phone. My appointment was on time and was carried out very professionally.
I have been a patient of The Clinic Williamstown for more than 20 years. They provide caring, knowledgeable healthcare I can rely on.
On time, great doctor who is caring and you never feel rushed. I drive 20km to see Dr Haddad.
Both the receptionist and doctor were excellent in keeping to my appointment time. The doctor said as thorough and friendly in his approach. Thank you - Thevan Krishna NSW
Just moved to the area and this will be our family medical clinic. Have only seen Dr Haddad so far and he is very thorough and went above expectations to assist us recently.
Appointments easily available and run on time. Rest of staff very efficient and helpful.
Dr Tri Duc Phan, a dreadful doctor!
I had an appointment with my mother-in-law today because she just moved from Perth and needs a new doctor. She takes a lot of meds because she suffers from chronic pain, so she needs a good doctor to help her. Unfortunately, Dr. Tri Duc Phan was not the one. He was so rude to her, so cold and uncaring.
We were so upset at the end of the appointment, I wished we had left halfway through. I should have told him he should be ashamed to call himself a doctor. My mother-in-law was very upset after that.
Horrible person!
Dr Haddad is one of the best doctors I’ve come across. He is always so thorough and reassuring and always accurate in diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic.
When I attend the Clinic I see Dr Phan. He is always very thorough, thoughtful, provides good guidance & works on a treatment plan with me so I am always clear on what to expect. I recommend this Clinic & Dr Phan.
Dr Tri Phan, who I saw this morning, was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Would not hesitate to see him again if my regular GP is not available.
Dr John Haddad is an excellent doctor with great bedside manner.
Easy to book in online too

Great service, I travel from maribyrnong to attend the clinic to see Dr Haddad and Dr Pham.
Only had a handful of experiences at this clinic, but each time the receptionist was just so rude. It's not the sort of interaction you should have to deal with when your unwell:/ Will not be making the mistake of coming back here again.
The Clinic Williamstown is a very professional Medical clinic who offer many services. The staff are friendly and courtesy and My Doctor is understanding professional and very caring. I would highly recommend the Clinic.
Dr Phan was amazing with my 3yo granddaughter
Shame first time patients are not afforded bulk billing
Very happy with the service. Didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. Receptionist was helpful with appointment.
Doctor was more interested in leaving work then treating me. He took out stitches in my hand. 2hrs later I had to go back to the emergency to get more put back in due to the stitches being removed to early
