The Clinic Footscray

We both had our booster shot at The Clinic today and the doctor and nurse were great. Special thanks to the nurse who gave the most gentle, blood free and pain free needle experience.

They constantly misgender me and call me by the wrong name. Doctors have ego issues and can’t handle patients seeing a team of professionals.

A big thanks to Felicia on the upstairs reception. Friendly, super helpful funny, and nothing was too much trouble.even lent me a phone charger to charge my phone. Thank you for making my day! Steve Campbell

Would recommend getting booster here. Was vaccinated within 7 minutes of my appointment time. Can't comment on consultations, but the place is clean and seems pretty efficient.

The doctors may be running late. But that is because they care about my health and not about the Medicare rebate.
If all you want is a script repeat or a certificate. Go elsewhere.
I have seen 3 doctors in 4 years here and each one has taken a genuine interest in my health. Would travel across Melbourne to see them if I move.
Update: Have moved and I still see them after 6 years. The inconvenience of travel is nothing if you get quality medical care.

I have only had amazing experiences at this clinic across 3 different doctors who were knowledgeable, helpful and very caring. Can't recommend them enough.

I absolutely love coming to see my regular doctor here, Dr Julie Robinson. She is so knowledgeable, accommodating and warm. The receptionist staff could be friendlier, though.

I've never had a bad experience.
The staff are often extremely busy so some patience, kindness and forgiveness for the challenges they face will help in the process. The care from the doctors is amazing - if you;'re looking for a Clinic where the doctors want the very best health outcomes for their patients, and will leave no stone unturned in the effort, I highly recommend that you consider The Clinic Footscray!

Some of the hardest working receptionists I've ever seen. Roselle in particular managed a busy desk with a smile, and a positive attitude. Respectful, kind-hearted, informative, attentive and empathetic. I'm sitting here listening to half an hour of her and one other lady going above and beyond for client after client. Absolutely fantastic reception staff, the clinic is very lucky to have them.

Doctors are also brilliant. A very good place.

The doctors genuinely care about their patients. And they have been super efficient offering the vaccination clinic. They also have Melbourne Pathology and other allied health professionals on site - very handy.

Excellent practice and they've just moved next door to shiny new premises. The care is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus they bulk bill kids on weekdays.

Called to make an appointment on behalf of my younger brother. Call was picked up by a receptionist who I couldn't even grab the name of as she was rushing the call, being completely unprofessional and rude, poor phone manner. Kept cutting me off as I was speaking and ended the call without even a 'thank you for calling, bye' and before I could even thank her and say bye myself.

Excellent medical practice. I could not feel like my family was in safer hands. Frankly I find some of the other reviews on here unbelievable - the staff at The Clinic are fantastic!
