Great range of Christmas clothing, items and decorations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The store itself is large and amazingly arranged. I thought the pricing was reasonable.

Great service and all staff was kind and patient. I’m also very satisfied with the final result after consulted with the staff. Love the decor of my Christmas tree.

I visited last Thursday trying to find a plug for an old LED lit Christmas tree. The plugs had been super ceded and no longer available but a female staff member went the extra mile and searched through a box of plugs and found one. It worked and the house didn’t burn down. Thanks so much…… you saved us from having to dump the tree.

Staff here don't want to work. Asked someone for help and ignored me the first time and was just a bother.

It was such a delight watching our 2 year old granddaughter's face with excitement at everything there. She sure can shop. It's a great place

Good staff heaps of stock not much much in led light displays these days more for inside the house

Amazing service at the Preston store. The ladies were all very helpful and Robyn assisted us with our Christmas tree and decorations for the tree. We were given the multi colour prelit tree instead of warm white prelit tree however Robyn and the staff at the store were very quick to resolve it and exchange to the warm white.

Expected the store to be bigger with more choice. Beautiful decorations but certainly not cheap

Lots of great Christmas decorations. Some Halloween decorations as well.
Pricier than other places, but look much more well made. Hoping the lights will last many years to come.

Made an order over the phone and received my order within a week. Service was amazing they couldn't do enough for me.

The team at Christmas Elves had to order me a new Black Samba (after we damaged the first one) and they remembered to order it and call me many months later after it came back into stock. Cheers ladies, thanks so much xx

The most incompetent business I've ever dealt with. Specifically the staff and "manager" Rob. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Rude greedy owner. All is well until an issue arises. Buyer beware. Plenty of better places to spend your hard earned cash.

Never been treated so disrespectfully by someone before.

I had been trying to purchase a life size Katherines collection Santa for more than a month now from this store with no luck. Very poor customer service and made me feel as they basically did not care to make the sale. Very poor communication with Robert. I have purchased many KC dolls from a few Retailers in Australia with no problem. Very bad experience with Christmas Elves in Australia, I would not recommend purchasing from them.
If I could leave 0 stars I would and I will definitely let all of my friends and fellow KC collectors know about my experience and to purchase elsewhere.

Such a great experience. Very helpful staff and plenty of people to ask questions. Everyone has a smile on their faces. This is our new Christmas store!

Poor customer service - my order was wrong and on a phone call to see what i could do the lady was atrociously rude. Will not deal with again

Ordered Lights on the 1st of December they were only sent on the 9th of December I was told by the courier company to expect delivery by the 16th Dec, I am still awaiting for them to be delivered. Unfortunately they use the worst courier company (check out reviews for couriers Please) possible to send the items. By this rate I will not have the lights in time for Christmas.
Please avoid!

Bought a few items from their Christmas sale as I usually do each year. Around mid January I called them to find out why my items were still showing "awaiting fulfilment". I was greeted by a very abrupt and rude staff member, named Dani, who told me my items were broken. Also said they had tried to call me (Although I had received NO MESSAGES from them via phone or email) and the manager would phone back next day.
I had to phone them back again as I received no call from the manager, and was told a different story that the items were not in stock. I was told to repurchase them mid year when the items were at full price. I told them to cancel my remaining orders of around $1000, and recredit me.
Pretty disgusted that they took my money although they had no stock (although website said they did) then did little to try to reimburse me until I chased up my money. Not sure if they though I would forget the order and let them keep the money? Then having to deal with rude staff on top of this! A shady business.
3 years I have been giving this company my money for Christmas items, NEVER AGAIN!

I opened my purchase today and must say I'm less than impressed. The two fake plants were damaged and falling apart and one set of bells sent was the wrong size. Really not happy after how much I had spent! Its safe to say I will never purchase from you ever again!
