Great place with delicious food.
I love the chicken stir fry and my little one always enjoys the mashed potato.

Tried this place for the first time and surprised by how expensive it was. $24 for two small pieces of chicken thighs and chips. Chicken was overly seasoned and the chips were so small and very lightly salted. Over priced for what is it.

Can you believe one of male staff with a pair of glasses stated that the price of a bit big chicken is more expensive than a small chicken although they are the same price from menu? He offered different prices as per what he wants for the same chicken due to different sizes, the big one is more expensive than the smaller one although they are pretty similar size. Will not go to there anymore. The staff is not honest and he charges different customers as per his preference instead of menu. Not sure if the owner noticed. Be aware!

Absolute rip off! $18 for a chicken roll. Pffft. $4 for a can of coke. Hope they go broke for being so greedy!

Very good quality. Probably best to go earlier in the day. Improving with more local experience.

Dropped in for a schnitz roll with salad for an afternoon snack, it was $18 and very light on the fillings, particularly the schnitz (which was only ok).

Was surprised about the negative reviews here. As I read on I realize many from the previous operators. Anyways the food is great here. It is fresh as well. I have tried the baguette which I think is the best value for money. Also had the chicken Maryland with different side dishes and I could not find anything that I don’t like. Even the height of the cabbage/lettuce shortage this place still served it with no extra charge. Well done on the new operators and good luck for them with the business. Also I find them helpful and also caring.

Just ordered a quarter of a chicken and chips and was charged $17! The food is rubbish and management needs to focus more on getting the pricing right and serving customers than yelling at employees. Final nail in the coffin. I definitely won’t be back.

I have ordered take away from The Chicken Specialist a few times now and cannot rate them highly enough. Delicious and excellent value for money. The schnitzel is so tender and the portions are very generous. I will be coming back again and again!

The best service had a stir fried chicken with noodles so tasty couple days later then I had a chicken baguette with salad also very tasty good size portions Will definitely be coming back & telling all my friends

New owners. Appreciate there are some positive reviews but I can’t give one - sorry. Nothing fresh and person serving was very rude. Awful.

I decided to come to The Chicken Specialist to try out the food as it is a new venue in our neighbourhood. I
was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Yummy potato mash, succulent chicken maryland and a lovely fresh salad. It remindede of my childhood days at home. Delicious. I will be back!

Bloke taking orders was ridiculously slow and had no urgency in serving people, even when line was out the door. Waited 25 mins to be told (only once I reached the front) that they were halfway through a catering order for 24 people (during a dinner rush!) and couldn’t take my order. Seems to be zero systems or organisation

This place has changed hands in the last month or so. They claim they are open 6 days a week but were closed ALL LAST WEEK. What kind of service do they think this? Then I finally get in and it’s TWENTY DOLLARS for a chicken and salad!? Total rip off. There is a circular economy going on targeted at certain folk if ya get my drift.

I don't know what the deal is with the rating, this place was great! Ordered the baguette with shredded chicken for my partner, and for myself the meal (Maryland) with couscous and potatoes. Both delicious, fresh salads in the baguette, warm home-cooked feel. Service not super fast but if you want that go to McDonald's. Really friendly service and good wholesome food

The perfect chicken burger with pleasantly fresh toppings does exist. This is what cool hipster sandwich shops try and do while charging twice the price always failing.

Omg their chicken schnitzel burger is the best. Beautiful crunchy coating, everything’s always super fresh, so good.

Nope.worst food ever.cold even though it looked as though she was cooking it while we wait. Thought I was going to have food poisoning tasteless, blandand well over charged. I will never go again!
