The Cheesecake Shop St. Albans

I attended the birthday party hosted by Shefali. It was grand, however the cake that was ordered through this place did let the family down. Even the children, who love sugar and are generally fond of cakes, didn’t want to eat.
It’s a shame that staff did not accept their mistake and did not acknowledge the genuine concern raised by the family!
Please strengthen your professional outlook on customer satisfaction!

Saved my day. Couldn’t get a custom cake from anywher but they helped me out and made me this custom cake for my sons birthday on very short notice.

Amazing service. Gave them an idea of what we wanted for our daughters birthday, organised the Frozen, Anna and Elsa figurines and they made it work. The cake turned out great.

Personally my experience with the beautiful staff at St Albans Cheese Cake shop was beyond amazing, they were helpful, professional, welcoming and open to ideas when I went in with a custom cake design- they blew my mind with the outcome! INCREDIBLE cake was reasonably priced, top quality and made to perfection. When I told our guest’s it was a cheesecake shop cake they were wowed, as the cake was delicious!

We ordered a custom cake for our daughters 13th birthday party, not just it looked great but also the taste was super yummy. The cake was really moist and delicious. Everyone was asking where we got our cake from and we were very happy to share your details with our guests. Thank you so much once again for such wonderful creation.

I brought a cake on 17 November I ask for a small chocolate cake which was displayed there cost only 25 dollers and she gave a large chocolate along with lettering instead of small cake. And the cost of was nearly 40$.

Ordered cupcakes and they were delicious (though extremely sweet). Taste fresh and looks great. Great customer service and very polite. Easy parking as the store is located away from main shops.

Ordered double choc strawberry spong cake. I don't usually eat cakes but this one was definitely something. One of the best cakes one can have, and this feedback is also coming from others who just love cakes.
