Bought a cake from the shop on a birthday, kids were very excited but everything spoiled from the first byte itself.it's like taking medicine. Next day return it to the shop, luckily just served a slice only, they tasted it and said it's very normal to them,
staff seems a little helpful except that lady staff being very rude, Zero customer service & zero patience of hearing me, I'm not expecting any apology or anything.
Needlèss to say now I am waiting for their mangers approval.
LATER called and promised me a refund, but when I am at shop they refuse to pay and offering me a different cake, while talking to them owner or someone, (very arrogant) called on the shop line and told me to getout from the shop, and told me on phone not going to do anything" do what you want to do and they don't care". What a wonderful service.

: I have my doubts, before saying something your staff start saying that I'm speaking violently,
I think it's a usual practice you/your staffs doing whenever someone back with a complaint.
If I raise my voice that got a valid reasons, check with your staff and teach her some manners.
