We ordered a birthday cake for my sons birthday weeks before his birthday because we have some special instructions. They mentioned in the store that we can send them an email and they will confirm and they will call us should they have issues with the design.we sent it that same time we ordered in the store. Since no calls was made days before we picked it up, we assume there was no issue. But when we picked it up, they told me that they never received the email and the design was just printed that same time i picked up the cake and it looked like it has just been added to the cake. The design also was not the same design as what we expected and saw on the picture. I asked where are the rest of the designs, they asked me if i can wait 30 more minutes. So there's really no point in ordering weeks ahead. Birthday cake was already ruined.we have to wait in the shop for a while. We opted to go because of time constraint and just complain over the phone because we are already late. The manager was kind enough to print some of the designs thats missing, and went to our location and added the missing designs. He was also kind enough to give us a $5 discount cards which will expire in 22 days, not even a month. Very disappointing. Almost every birhtdays and occassions we order from this shop but the coming years, we will look for another cake shop.and definitely not recommending the cheesecake shop anymore.

I asked my daughter to pick her mum up a Blackforest Torte for mothers day. While she was getting one for herself from her kids. Shop didn't have any stock so swapped to a Tropical Torte, however, when we opened the box the staff had failed to put the fruit on top of the Torte as per the display photos, it was still also frozen, so not at all fresh. My wife has tried on two occasions to ring the store to complain but gets told that the manager isn't working but, she'll call my wife back, Unfortunately her phone calls are like the fruit on top of the Torte non-existent. So do yourself a favour there's plenty of other cake shops around the area that care about their product and their customers and give The Cheesecake Shop In Belmont a wide Berth.

I went into the store today to buy a quarter cheesecake. The girl working (young girl with white hair) was super friendly and helpful. She was full of great recommendations and really knew what she was talking about. Yummy cakes and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend.

We needed a Birthday cake on short notice on Saturday afternoon. The shop assistant was brilliant. She couldn't be more helpful or patient with us. She did a great job on the cake and it was just a happy and pleasant experience for us. We definitely recommend this store!

I recently Ordered a Birthday Cake. The Mud cake was dry, and Icing in between layers was dry. This cake cost over a $100 dollars. Honestly the Mud cake at Coles had more flavour and is more Moist. Very disappointing.

Always lovely helpful staff and the cakes are delicious. Special shout-out to Holly today to offering amazing customer service on the busiest day of the year! I wasn’t sure if I’d make it before close and Holly wanted to go above and beyond to try and help. Thank you Holly:)

Cake looks and tatses fantastic, good prices if you're looking for a party/celebration cake. Amber was very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond with customer service!

Would like to thank the Belmont Cheesecake Shop for helping me out with the perfect cake after Booking with the North Geelong store over a week ahead for a cake then told me when I came to pick up that they no longer made that size cake and didn’t bother making the cake for me or to tell me sooner in time. Thank you for saving the day and giving such amazing customer service!

Rang up at 3pm today to order a Black Forest midi cake and picked the cake up at 5: 30pm. We have just served the cake at 7pm and the middle of the cake is frozen solid. It was not very appetizing and not the type of cake that you could heat up in the microwave. What a waste of money.

Fresh and delicious! The birthday cake my husband organised for me was presented perfectly and tasted amazing. It was a definite hit, everyone commented on how delicious it was. Thanks a million!

Love the cheesecake shop. Never seem to be open, but when they are. Best cakes around. Lots of variety but taste amazing. Personal recommendation: American Based Cheese Cake

Recently I had very bad experience with Cheesecake shop assistant (Old above 50’s) She talked with me very rudely when I told her to improvise on my cake. I’ve been a regular customer of Cheesecake shop and delivering cakes from last 6 months but the attitude of her is not right and I’ve observed many times.
(P. S. I’ve no personal grudges and she might be really a good person but her attitude for service is not right)

Wonderful customer service, high quality and reasonable prices, totally satisfied.
