The Cheesecake Shop Epping: Available For Delivery

I was at this shop on Friday after evening, and I bought a Cheese Cake for the celebration that we had on Sat night, I asked the lady who was serving us if the cheesecake is all cream.she said no it is cheese but it is fully cheesy creamy (That's what I absolutely like).

I took the cake home and when it comes to serving it, I found out that there is nothing but just normal cream in the cheese which I absolutely hate.none of my guests could eat it. Everyone put their cake in the rubbish, I already spent approx. $35. All I can say these days businesses just want money and don't care about ppl needs.

Amazing experience, Friendly and efficient service. Well done! Young lady working there with glasses and wearing black cap went over and above to assist as I was on crutches… a credit to the organisation.

Excellent cakes and wonderful service. They go above and beyond and are very thoughtful. Their gluten free carrot and orange cake was a hit. Highly recommended!

We had the worst customer service at this store, I usually shop at the south Morang store and have never had any issues but my sister purchased the cake this time as my daughters birthday gift and she went to the epping store. Upon arrival my sister called me right away because she knew I had purchased pastel colour balloons to match the cake colours.she asked the lady if we could change the cake and pay alittle more as the colour is not the same as the one displayed online she said no we can not change it as it’s an online order. When you call you can hold these cakes without a deposit they’re not custom so the fact that we paid before hand and did the right thing backfired. The biggest disappointment is that when my sister argued that the colour is to bright and not the same as the one online or in there window currently the lady working there who later told us she was the owner and her name was Vicky said “just like when you see a Big Mac and than purchase it and it looks different to the photo. ” I could not believe that the owner of a cake store had just compared her cakes to Mac Donald’s burgers. Working in the party industry there is no room to disregard a customers complaint when the colour is not the same this isn’t a slight change in colour this is a whole different colour scheme. We ordered a pastel blue this blue was electric, so bright! We had purchased all decor and balloons pastel colours to match the cake. Thank fully we were able to buy a cake from a cake lady on instagram who had a last minute cancellation that was pastel but that is the last time me or any of my family members return to that store. She was not at all sympathising with us and just so rude, not trying to help come to a medium. Her only solution was we buy a whole new cake so we end up with two cakes from her store.it was quite surprising to learn she was the owner.

Best cheesecake shop I’ve been to in a long time. Cathy and her team are always friendly. The quality of her cakes are amazingly tasty.

We ordered cake and cupcakes for our son's first birthday, they just made the cake what we wanted and the flavour was vanilla, it was soo good and it just melts in mouth. Everyone came for the party loved the cake
And the customer service was amazing

Cathy went above and beyond to ensure my son got an Epic Bday cake when I came to her 5hrs before the party

We love epping cheesecake shop. Really clean shop, can tell they take pride in the appearance of the store and their product. Cakes are always fresh and always smiling staff! Super helpful. Wouldn’t go to any other cake shop:) also their custom cakes are fantastic!

I have ordered a birthday cake for my brothers birthday 4 days before, but unfortunately the cake was not fresh and it tastes like it’s been made months earlier and also the cake is so soggy, my family didn’t like it

Great options for cake at this branch. It's always filled with visitors. Had a chocolate cake prepacked one from the refrigerator shelf. It's soo damn good and tasty mouth watering

Disgusting dry sponge, uneatable and tasted as if was made months ago and stored for customers to buy. Had the exact same cake the from bundoora store and the sponge was soft and tasty, so please don't tell me it's the new style ingredients

Everytime I go here I get only 1 cake. The rainbow cake. It's the best damn cake I ever had. It's soft and delicious. The flavours are awesome. I can eat half the large version to myself. Not saying you should but it's easy to do as it's that good!

Rude, I think it was a new worker but who hangs up on a client because you cant hear them especially with out letting them know you dont just say sorry I can't hear you call back later and hang up without pause, poor customer service

Rude and highly unprofessional staff.l went to order a cake for a future date with my kids.l was there around 5 40PM and we have to wait for 5 minutes to get into the store beacuse of covid restrictions, which is absolutely fine. One of the staff was happy to take the order, but the other was absolutely rude and asked us to return next day if we want to make the order. Before going to the store l checked the store hours. If you're not taking the orders within the store hours, l suggest that it must be mentioned in the website.

Talk about a party in my mouth people! I have never tasted a cheesecake so fresh, sweet and fluffy with the perfect amount of biscuit base Vs cheesecake filling ratio! I was greeted with a friendly smile at the counter, speedy transaction and they even opened the door for me on my way out - must admit I felt like a superstar! Needless to say, my experience was amazing! Product and service were exceptional, I will definitely be back for more!
