Good customer service and helpful staff, love all the baked cheesecake. The taste was amazing keep it up️ will come again.

Ladies are always friendly, polite and efficient.
Cakes are always ready in quick time, after my order has gone in.

Love the variety of choice, the quality, but mostly how pretty they are.the prices are fair. Id rather go to the cheesecake shop and have choice than a local shopping centre with just a few.

The staff is charming and helpful. I bought French cheesecake and strews berry cheesecake. I didn’t like it, because it was so sweet for me. It also wasn’t fresh.

Bought the cake for sisters birthday and little did I know the icing tasted like cardboard straight from Bunnings, be happy I gave a one star and that’s only since the cake was at least edible

The manager here is super unprofessional. She has no patience for her customers and every time I’ve walked in they’ve been understaffed making people wait for so long. The manager was not helpful at all in providing precise details and information on the process of ordering a custom cake. Extremely unprofessional people here- especially the manager- no proper attitude and no manners for her customer. I would not recommend this place at all, You’re better off ordering your cake from anywhere else but here.

Bought the chocolate mousse cake from here today. No chocolate mousse to be seen inside the cake. Just 2 small dots of mousse on top of the cake. Very dry and definitely not fresh. Would not recommend.

We got the rainbow cake for my son's birthday. The cake sponge was very fluffy and the cream was fresh and light.

I just bought a eggless black forest cake.

Seriously its expired.the cream on cake start cracking.taste bitter and its total waste.

I strongly recommend to avoid that place and find another gud branch serving fresh cakes.

When most of cheesecakes were available, these was only 1 large tart in stock, tropical. Had to go to another shop.

Been here a couple of times and each and every time I had a wonderful experience with the staff. Cakes are always delicious and tasty here with many options always available. Was very happy with the way my cakes were presented and made ready in a quick and timely manner. This is definitely my go to shop for every occasion!

Placed a cake order for my partner's birthday through Menulog just before 3pm and selected the latest time avaliable which was 6: 15pm and I'm getting a call from Menulog at 6: 35pm saying that a pick up person had been there and the restaurant was shut. This was after Cheesecake shop accepted my order and charged my bank account. Didn't even receive any calls or notification if they can't make the delivery.
Ruined my partner's birthday surprise.
Not recommended at all.
