The Cheesecake Shop Craigieburn

Unfortunately I’m leaving 1 star we bought a blueberry cheesecake with no blueberries on it next time I’ll need to check before leaving the store but I would never come back to this store again looks like I’ll have to drive to the one Epping which I’ve never had a problem there!

I have put this post up 3 days ago no response from owner this just shows they really don’t care about their customers!

Wow! That’s all I can say! The cake looked absolutely amazing, better then what I expected, but the taste was the winner! Everyone at the party asked what kind of cake it was and what flavour, they loved it! Craigieburn cheesecake thank you so much, from step one (ordering the cake) to the final masterpiece you guys have been amazing!

This cheesecake shop is really good, they have good customer service and there cheesecakes and cakes taste really nice

Arrogant some of the staff. Don't think they have much customer management skills. Rude!

I’ve given this store so many chances but I’m done. Every time I’ve gotten a cake from them it has either been frozen in the middle, stale or the most recent mouldy. As soon as I opened the container I could smell that the cake was off, once I cut into it, mould. Absolutely disgusting. Also customer service needs improvement. They see you but won’t save you for ages.

They make perfect cakes & Absolutely delicious it’s been 7 years we are getting our cake from here in our every event they always satisfied us & specially the Manager/Owner he’s such a gentleman always listens us help us in any situations he’s up very cooperative. Thank you Cheese Cake Craigieburn for making us happy & our special days more special

My Experience at Craigieburn cheesecake shop has been excellent from Quality cakes too professional customer service. And today my order was the Pavlova cake and was so fresh and delicious

I highly recommend the cheesecake shop in craigieburn. I love walking into the store and seeing the cake display fridge. The cakes are always fresh. The customer service is always fantastic and the welcoming smiles I always get. Every time my wife and I walk into the store they greet us with our names and can’t help us enough. I highly recommend the cheesecake shop in Craigieburn. I think we’ve tried every single flavour but our favourite is anything with chocolate and strawberries. I must say Craigieburn store is always so clean compare to other stores that I’ve been to. Good luck guys and thank you for your great service and Cakes. ️️

Unfortunately this store seems to have gone even further downhill. Despite paying full price for cakes, I came home to discover the expiry date was the very next day! It appears the cheesecakes have also shrunk in size! Also needs to be weary of hygiene- a young staff member was working with gloves but wiping her hands on walls and then handling cakes with those same filthy gloves! Very disappointing.

I am absolutely amazed and happy how beautiful my son’s birthday cake was. It was more than what I expected and is executed beyond my expectations. We had ordered 2 cakes and both were amazing and yumm! Absolutely will look forward to place an order again! Appalling customer service - Desired, Demanded and Delivered

Entry conditions are mask must be worn. No one working there had masks on. Customer service wasn't fantastic but passable

Absolutely appalling customer service at the Craigieburn store pickd up my sons cake they couldn't explain why overcharged my husband instead started yelling and undermining me on the phone phone I was simply asking for a price breakdown. Never ever will go or recommend this store. Save ur time and money and go to furguson plarrie!

Cake is meant to say “happy birthday Aaron” called up and got told there was no room for the name to be put on because of the “big” chocolate centre piece

I bought a pavlova, absolutely disgusting, the so called fresh cream had already hardened, then they tried to mask it with extra extra passion fruit sauce.

Totally under staffed. The poor employee is run off their feet trying to answer the phone and deal with customers at the same time. The owners would improve their business if they had at least two staff.

Baked Marble Cheese Cake & Baked Quad Choc Cheese Cake are perhaps the worst cakes. We have always loved cakes from cheese cake shop. Jamaican Choc Cheese Cake was the best and they just changed the recipe and destroyed the best cake on the menu. Please bring back the old Jamaican Cheese back. Thanks

Poor customer service. I sent my son and they serviced a few people before him when they came after him.
