Ordered a cake a day in advance with a simple message to be written on top.
Upon arrival they did not have my cake ready, making me wait 20 minutes while they found a spare cake and wrote the message on top.
Poor service.
While I was waiting, another customer entered the shop and had to wait until they were done with my cake before being served.
What a dismal experience.

I was gifted your Pavlova today because it was a special occasion and I love Cheesecake Shop Pavlova. But THIS pavlova was almost inedible, half the height, questionable texture, different cream. I thought all Cheesecake Shops followed the same recipes. At least that's been my experience with many other stores. Where did Braybrook Cheesecake Shop go so wrong? !

I purchased a black forest cake today. I got it on a discount price without asking for it. The cake was really disappointing when we had a taste of it at home. Did not taste fresh and was very sour. Waste of money and never ever purchasing from this store.

I don't get it why are the staff always working alone.a week or two ago I was walking past and there was a bunch of customers and probably only one guy or girl serving inside.feel bad for them. Also they need to provide adequate training for the writing (I revoked my initial 5 star review) as a past retail employee I honestly feel sad for the workers

Bought chocolate moosee cake today and was expecting it to be fresh and yummy but it turned out to totally against it.looked as if it was few days old and no taste at all.very bad experience not recommended and doubting their product line.

Used to love this place but today is my first time ordering a birthday cake and the experience wasnt great at all. The packaging was unacceptable, it was so loose and really easy to fall off. When I see the cake, I told the staff there very nicely can you put the tape on or do something more secure since I'm driving by myself and I can't hold it. He did put a tiny bit of tape and I thought it should be fine, but when I got home, the cake was dropped out and on my car. I ring the store to ask how would they handle it and they didnt even say any appology to me at all. I understand since the product is out the store, it's my respnsibilities to keep it but since the packaging was loose, how can I keep if safe? The lady took the phone call made me so mad and hung up the phone even before I did. No thanks, not coming back anymore

I was there on 5th July 2022 to buy some cupcakes and no one serve me for 15 mintues then finally I go in staff room and ask the guy his name was mohammad how long and he said I am working alone so he don't know how long it takes.

We order Birthday cake for my friend son, and it was amazing, it was so fresh, we will definitely visit again, and recommend other for yum cakes.

This establishment is a Melbourne icon. Even though it can be pricey, you get what you pay for. I like the option to be able to purchase 1/2 or even 1/4 cheesecake. I have purchased birthday cakes in the past, but mine and my families favourite are the cheesecakes.

I had a very frustrating experience. I ordered online. It's all paid and scheduled to be picked up but then when we went to collect it, they didn't have it. Rather than being apologetic, the woman was very rude and unhelpful. She was giving me the looks and shrugging her shoulders like she can't do anything about it. Didn't offer any help at all. Just no we dont have the cookies and cream cake.

She said that I can talk to the manager (Maria) and gave me the number but when that was called, it was the same rude woman. So either a terrible employee posing as a manager or a terrible manager posing as a terrible employee. I am still waiting for a refund! DONT RELY ON THIS SHOP IF YOU NEED A CAKE!

Just like to point out that new management took over the cheesecake shop around Christmas time. So you really need to give them a chance and buy a cake and then make up your own mind on the quality of the cake and the service you received. Personally l could not fault the service l received as both the pavlova and wildberry baked cheesecake which l order for Easter were great.

Horribly long wait. The guy behind the counter would take 10 to 15 mins just assembling a box at the back for the cake. Literally atleast 10 mins. He was incredibly slow. When it was my turn I ordered half a cheesecake. The price written infront of the cheesecake was 21.95. He was charging me 22.95. I asked him and he said yeah that's the price and when I asked him to check the card infront of the cheesecake he just shrugged his shoulders. I had already been waiting so long that I didn't argue anymore and just paid and left. Overall a ridiculous experience. I've never had this kind of experience at any other branch

We ordered two birthday cakes from the cheesecake shop in Braybrook a month before the cakes were actually required. I had my mum pick up the cakes on the morning of to only find out that they forgot one of the cakes. No apology or assistance, it was simply "nothing we can do, we forgot about it".
Your entire job is to make cakes. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and cake. Not only was it a special birthday for both my kids but it was my sons first birthday and their first joint birthday!

My sister bought my son a Hamburger cake for his 6th birthday. It was MOULDY all through the inside. Store was closed so we couldn't get a replacement that day, Birthday ruined. Went back to the store the next day and they said the cake was a display and wasn't for sale.why is that our fault?

They reluctantly agreed to a refund, but this is the kind of situation where you refund AND replace.

Maybe a visit by the health authorities is needed. Mouldy display cakes contaminating everything else in the display.disgusting!

Found long grey hairs in torte cake. Manager said wont give money back. Manager is completely unhygienic and unprofessional. Complaint to head office was made into his handling of this matter.

This stores manager will not refund a customer for a defective cake. Totally unhygienic and awful customer service. Manager totally unprofessional and rude.
