Called to ask a request lady was very rude and spoke over me just saying No before I finished asking.

I never normally have issues with Cheesecake purchases, however, this latest purchase, I had found a long black hair under the caramel topping on the cheesecake.

Perfect cakes every time. The latest birthday cake (for my daughter's birthday Unicorn themed) was a big hit. Cheescake meets the mark every time. Both pleasing to look at and very tasty. Bought chocolate cake there smells rotten couldn't take the risk consuming it or share it with anyone fearing they'll get food poisoning. What a waste of money considering how pricey they mark their cakes. Will never order anything from there. Never experienced chocolate cake smelling like that. What did you put in that cake Cheesecake shop? Or are you storing expired products? Unbelievable selling people nasties.

Rang up Thursday and ordered 2 cakes to pick up Saturday at 10am. Rude girl said they hadn't been ordered when I went in to pick them up. Absolutely disgusting service, I will never set foot in that shop ever again.

Team, read the reviews and do something, i had experience here before you took over the business and after, you’ve made many changes, you have better computer system now but how could you make people wait extra long? It wasnt like this before, and please be nice, take advice from your customers, see the feedback, make some good change.

The cookies and cream birthday cake was delicious. Light and fluffy sponge and the flavours were amazing. We also has lemon meringue pie which was very nice but could have used a bit more lemon.

Bring back your cherry chocolate cake. OMG that was soooo amazing.

Cheesecake was good, however the only issue I had that it was smothered with too much cinnamon which was overpowering, but once scrapped of it was really nice, maybe an error when finishing it off but enjoyed it

DEFIANTLY DONT GO HERE! I had my 30th birthday cake made here and it was meant to be dessert for all the people that come and I couldn’t even cut it absolutely disgusting and when I let them know they tell me that that’s how mud cake should be meanwhile we were charged extra to have a different flavour and the cream in the middle was fake cream so frozen it took 2 people to actually cut the cake and put all our weight into it just to cut it absolutely disgusting this use to be an amazing shop but now it’s gone down the drain with the new people. Shame on you cheesecake shop Bendigo!

I usually get wonderful cakes from the Cheesecake Shop, however on this occasion the Wildberry Baked Cheesecake I purchased was cracked. This was noticed when getting it from the box and onto a plate the present and cut. It felt quite soft and then cracked further when cutting. So when people received their piece of cake it was all broken in pieces on their plate. Not a nice look at all. I gave two stars as the cake tasted nice and other comments from people said the same. Just not the usual standard cake I usually get from The Cheesecake Shop. Slightly disappointed.

Hubby went in to order a cake for my birthday. Was told (quite rudely) that they don't do gluten free & was told to go elsewhere. No need for the attitude or rudeness, he only went there as we got our wedding cake done there & yes, it was gluten free. Maybe remembering you're in a customer service industry wouldn't go astray.

Called this morning on the off chance they could have a cake prepared for collection later that day. Not only was this not an issue but it was an excellent cake, well presented and very deserving of 5 stars!

Wouldn’t reccomand, go else where! Nothing but attitude from the older lady & they never can find your cake!
I’ve brought 5 rainbow cakes off them custom made and everytime I’ve gone I’ve either had to wait for it to be finished, they struggle to find it and ask me if I’m sure I put an order in or I don’t get it, and the best one was I received a cake frozen but told it was fresh!
My poor 2 year old daughter missed out on a cake for her birthday yesterday even though I was in at 9: 15 to pick it up like it was ment to be, but told not ready and they’ll call me when it’ll be done… that was yesterday the 13th today is the 14th and I finally got a call to come get my cake! It’s a bit late cheesecake shop and yes I did try calling yesterday but the line wouldn’t connect and kept saying busy.
Nothing but useless

Very disappointed got a Mississippi Baked Cheesecake changed the recipe doesn't taste anything like the old one and its thinner has a flour taste to it and choc mud cake doesn;t taste as good either and its smaller than it was not happy think l will be going elsewhere.

What a massive disappointment you are cheese cake shop Bendigo! I arrived just after 9 am on Saturday 13/11/21 to pick up my daughter’s birthday cake to be told it wasn’t ready and that my pick up time was actually 10am even though I placed my order for a 9am pick up (I drove an hour and a half to get this cake) I was told that they will call me when the cake is ready …. Well I got the call to pick up my cake at 10 am on Sunday the 14/11/21 a whole day later… not only was the lady rude and tried to argue the fact the my cake was ready and I needed to pick it up … she just wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her that I was supposed to be called on Saturday not the next day…. So thanks for nothing cheese cake shop my daughter didn’t get the cake she was looking forward to…

Cakes shouldnt have Cheesecake shop logos on them, already spent a premium on the cake why should we be providing advertising on our dime. We're celebrating what ever were celebrating not the cake provider.

The box alone is enough.
