I’d give 4 for the product but take 1 off for the service. Not that it’s bad service as the people who serve you are always very nice. I am however perplexed at the length of time it takes to box pre made cakes. The servers go behind the wall where you can’t see them, you hear odd cutting noises and they’re back there for a very long time! You then often end up with lots of customers in the shop and no one visible working. It’s just a bit odd! Outside of that I am a regular customer and will remain so!

I purchased this amazing caramel Mud cake for my daughter birthday and honestly it fed 24 happy children with leftovers for some adults

My husband buy a 2 different cheesecake during my birthday.which is cheesecake strawberry and blueberry the taste is very delicious highly recommended pastry.

Customer service is terrible, workers do not know what they are doing. I got charged for the wrong cake and couldn’t get a refund. I had to come the next day to get my refund and that worker didn’t know what she was doing too.

Ordered the fancy cupcakes for my sister birthday as she didn’t want a cake. They were delivered on time by menulog. Taste sweet but amazing. She was happy with the personal note written on the bag. Definitely recommend them 10/10

Chocolate mousse torte was simply divine. Just buy in advance as they are usually frozen from inside.

We had our wedding cake made here and it was gorgeous and delicious, what more could you ask for.

Had to come up with a delicious carrot cake for morning tea. Short notice meant no time to bake my own! Rang Cheescake Shop where I purchase delicious continental cheesecakes aďnd pavlovas. Carrot cake looked impressive, was lovely and moist, does contain Walnuts which is a bumper for people with nut allergies, but the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed the cake. Thanks Cheesecake Shop for baking products for home cooks and others short on time.:)

When you enter the shop, it genuinely feels like stepping into cheesecake heaven. As an indecisive person, it doesn't help when each of the products keeps looking better than the other ones. Even though the cheesecake itself does the talking, the staff members are the cherry on top of the whole experience.
If you are looking for a birthday cake, festive special occasion cake or just being self-indulgent *you don't have to look any further as this will delight you and your company - if you actually end up sharing ;)

New recipes are disgusting! Bring back the old guys. If you want to be open for years to come then go back to the old. This stuff is inedible!

Disappointed with the cheescakes that I purchased for xmas, no taste & definitely not the same recipe that was made last xmas hodge podge decoration on the missippi, base tastes terrible, filling horrible nothing positive to say about this shop at all now.

Super disappointed at the new "revamp". It's not a revamp at all, but merely a way to cut down on their costs, therefore cutting down on quality of the cakes. The shortcrust shells are quite obviously all premade, and the cakes just filled into them. I got a Mississippi baked, and the walls of the crust had totally pulled away from the cake, leaving a gap between the two components. Not only that, but the new base recipe for the cheesecake itself is horrible. I never understood what people meant when they explain something as "it tastes like cardboard" but finally thanks to this instance, I do now. Not to mention, they also got rid of the Jamaican chocolate cheesecake, and replaced it with the Quad Choc, which seems to be a lot thinner in the cheesecake itself, and then to try to compensate, they just stack it full of random chocolate types.

I typically would've given 5 stars, and now, this almost isn't even worth a 1 star. 1 star for customer service, because I've never had an issue with the workers, they're great.

Cut the quality by cutting costs, you're also going to cut your customer base. I'm thinking about purchasing a quarter of another flavour of their baked cheesecakes to see how that goes, but if that isn't up to standard of the prior "revamp" (they use that word to shy away from the quality being butchered) then my custom will be lost. I've already read 1 or 2 more reviews being disappointed with this new range, so I'm assuming more customers will be lost.

Cheesecake Shop, do yourself a favour and bring back the old ones. This is highly disappointing to a lot of people.

The new shortcrust shell is not as nice as the original crumbly biscuit base.
This feels like a cheaper alternative and I now I need to find a new place to get my cheesecake fix

We arrived at their shop, just as they had a black.out.i was devastated as we had had to postpone my mothers 70th birthday, due to covid lock.down, and were due to have it in one hour. They were so kind, caring, and the manager, gifted us with half a cake.

I have always gotten my cakes from here, and they did not let us down again. Absolutely delicious cakes. They were a hit. THANKYOU!

A week ago i purchased a vegan chocolate cake, it cost $59.95. It was very dry and tasted horrible, it looked like it was frozen because it had condensation on it when i picked it up. My daughter and i hadnt eaten until we picked it up and took it home, thinking that it would be delicious, roughly 4 and a half hours later i was violently ill and so was my daughter. I also lost a days work because i couldnt get out of bed for 14 hours, i called the store 2 days later and the girl told me that the vegan cakes aren't even made in the store, that's why i had to order it. I was told that i would be called by the manager and nothing! Not good enough!
