Literally the nicest people ever, my nan and I broke down outside and they let us stay inside while we waited considering it was hot outside. They gave us a cupcake on the house too. Best service and kindest employees

My car broke down just outside the shop and it was so hot. They came out and offered for us to sit in the shop until our car was fixed. They also gave my nephew a cup cake while we were waiting. Absolutely people people thank you so much for your kindness not enough of it anymore.

Patient and well mannered staff, informed me the shop was halal certified as well. Happy with the discount as well

Absolutely loved the genuine, friendly service from Ella & Anna last week! They went above & beyond for me keeping in my mind I was a bit nervous & unsure hw to execute my plan considering my small budget I had.

I needed a very special cake for my 10th Wedding Anniversary. These girls were amazing, patient & very helpful in helping me finalize a cake I was happy with making sure it was eggless for dietary needs.

It was a perfect little cake for my family & was beautifully made. Absolute perfection 5 Stars all round

However, Saturday morning, I was met with a very uninterested staff member who didn't care enough to make sure I had the Topper to go with my cake (1/2 of my cake decorations "Happy Anniversary") as I had to ask her where it was.

It felt like she was in a hurry to get rid of me & move on to the nxt customer. I also would have missed out a $5 off voucher if I hadn't of asked for the receipt which she gave me out of contempt.

I'm tryn to not let Hilarie's lack of customer service & pure rudeness not ruin my experience here.

We were so happy with our son’s custom made birthday cake. It was fresh, delicious and looked amazing! The staff were lovely and the cake was exactly what we requested. Thanks again, we will be back the the next birthday:)

It is 22/07/2023 and at 6.40 pm I was just served by a girl with braces. This worker urgently needs professional customer service training from your corporate office and is not fit to stand at your counter until it is done.
I was queued behind three other people when I came in, and while I was waiting to order from the display, two other people entered to buy from the fridge. The worker served them first even though it was my turn. When I pointed out that I was supposed to be next, the girl INSISTED on serving the others first because 'I can just scan them through'.
This is a cake shop, not a hospital. You don't decide who is more important, and certainly not who is more CONVENIENT for you to serve first. You serve customers in the order they arrive. By this girl's logic, if another 10 people walk in wanting to grab something from the fridge, I would have to just wait.
After she served the others and got to me, I said 'It's not cool for you to be jumping queues and serving customers out of turn'. I was further shocked by the audacity of this worker, who did not apologise, but said 'It's faster to just scan them through first'.
This is the kind of worker who will tank your business down the toilet if you let them. Retrain or fire her.
Customers beware, if you come here you might be subject to the whims of the girl at the counter as to when and if she will decide to serve you.

The cakes we ordered were great, the girls at the store were super accomodating and helped us customise each of them to make the Occassion special!

My girlfriend brought the classic cheesecake at home and it blew my mind. So tasty and creamy! It is made with love indeed, you can tell. Great job guys! Can’t wait to try the birthday cakes!

Very positive experience with this place right from their service of taking order and delivering the item as per my description. The cake was fresh, moist, not too sweet and delicious. Hundred percent satisfied customer.

Got a slice of backed cheese cake and it was bad. Had lumps in it, felt like i was eating hard bits of wax. I've gotten the same cake from another store and no way this caked felt backed unless it was old and they just put it out to get sloppy.

My dealings with this business have been mind blowing. I don't think that nastiness is the best way to promote a business. With so many cake options around, please take my advice and shop elsewhere! Please support businesses that treat customers and service companies with the respect they deserve. This company does not.

I ordered eggless strawberry cake it’s not fresh and taste is not good as well. Before that order that time cake is good but this time I am really really upset.

I am usually very happy with cakes from the Cheesecake Shop.however, I bought a Belgian Chocolate Mud Cake, & it was as dry as toast. As this was for a Birthday, I was very disappointed. This cake was no mud cake.very disappointed.

Though a bit expensive for a chain outlet, the cheesecake from this outlet is made well and lasts well in the fridge. The flavours are good to satisfy any craving one may have.

She sold us a cake that was so dry. Sponge tasted like white bread. Rang them about it,
and i was asked to come for a replacement, they made me drive all the way back for nothing. I got there 15min later and I was told they don't have replacement and they could only refund me. This place is a write off for us.

I was intrigued and amused with the creativity and customer service that I experienced. I had a simple idea with a cake inspiration that I wanted but The Cheesecake got me Surprised with their gestures of creativity n enhanced my cake idea.
