44The staff are absolutely lovely and very sweet! Everything I've ever ordered from here was always perfect, the cakes are top quality here, I'd never go anywhere else.
In 14/11/2020. We buy a Tiramisu, when I take go home open a box. I find a cake already go bad (mold). The box tickets show best before 17/11/2020. I take cake back the shop, shop staff just say sorry want to change tickets best before same day for me. I can’t believe they are cake quality. The cake go bad look like already live long time. They are just refund for me. This solve problems I unhappy, the staff say just refund or change other one. No other way solve this problem. I very angry sell mold cake for me.
Our company uses this establishment quite often for employees birthday's cakes. Staff are always prepared and well presented. The customer service is the highest of level. The quality of the products is 5/5. We've never had a bad experience.
