Sushma was more than willing to assist in making the perfect selection and was knowledgeable about their products. Sushma help us and guide us. The cake was on point delicious. Really enjoyed it every guest was enjoying it. Highly recommended

Bought a cheesecake and the lady took it out of the front counter. I told her that the cake looked really dry. She promised me it was a fresh cake and I took her word for it. That cake went straight to the bin. Never again!

I ordered a cake yesterday for my daughters birthday and was not happy with the quality. The decorations were sloppy, the birthday script was off centre and not nice. To top this off I paid for "happy _th Birthday name" to be put on the cake and it wasn't. The staff were rude when picking up the cake and they told me they cannot fit that on the cake and didn't offer a refund for the extra paid. I reluctantly took the cake as I obviously wasn't getting what I paid for or getting anywhere with the staff. I was really disappointed I have previously purchased the same cake and had the same script put on it just a different number and it was lovely, I however won't be returning to this store anytime soon.

I had such a bad time dealing with them. I ordered a Sonic birthday cake a week in advance and when I went to pick it up, they had no idea what I was saying despite my handing them the receipt. They spent a while looking for the cake in the back before bringing it out to me. Since the cake was as hard as a rock, no kids were consuming it. After blowing out the candle, we immediately threw it away. Don't advise it. I won't ever buy anything from this store again, and the customer service is awful. The front-row girls require face therapy.

The girls at the front have absolutely no idea what customer service is.

They look miserable working there all I saw was sad grumpy faces when I walked into the shop.

They also kept going to the back laughing very loud which was Very rude and the customer service was terrible.

Other locations have much better service.

The customer service was exceptional, there was not a long waiting time for the quantity I bought.

Yesterday came in to buy a birthday cake for my nephew, absolutely perfect. Good customer service and beautifully written note on the cake. Will definitely buy again, thank you!

Lemon meringue with just the thinnest possible "smear" of lemon purchased from this store. I actually feel really ripped off. Never again.

I purchased a cake there last weekend it was a double chocolate strawberry cake this is our go to cake when we go there but this time we were very disappointed when got it home for my mums birthday and it was so dry.don't know what's going on, their cakes have never been like this. So was very unsatisfied this time

Visited here toay and was mortified by customer service. I chose a cake from display and was told that it was not for sale. Why should cakes be on display if they’re not for sale? The shop is more aesthetic than practical. I asked for some edible writing on a white chocolate platform and was told very dryly that they only had red. She proceeded to place it on the cake and close the box, even though it was very obvious the cake was too high and the icing would smear. I opened the box and it smeared to unintelligibility. She was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked her to redo it, and did so in cake icing. Attached is a photo of the abomination. Very disappointing would not recommend this cake shop, never coming back again.

If I could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. The most unprofessional and incompetent staff! I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday on a Friday to be picked up on a Monday at 11.30am. I went there, the store was shut, I tried calling numerous times no answer. I finally contacted them via FB, I told them I need to pick up my daughters cake they said they were closed due to unforeseen circumstances, they didn't bother to call me or let me know i said why are you closed are you an exposure site for covid? She said "we don't know yet" they didn't even let e know. Absolutely disgusting they ruined my daughters birthdays. I hate this place. Never again. I will be telling everyone how bad they are.

I have had to attend a last minute visit to my friends place and the lady she was really good at understanding my thoughts and helped me a lot to get out a perfect cake. Thank you

Pre ordered Birthday Cake and it was plain cake with thick dried cemented plain topping. No dressing or anything. Very Disappointed. Poor Service,
