Visited Cats Shop today & wondered why there were very few parking spaces available. It appears there was a Member only training session which was sent to members email. Not to our email which was very disappointing as our grandchildren (Cats supporters) were with us.

Went in for coffee for lunch and I found the place to be very busy. It took about ten minutes to get the coffee. It was nice coffee, but too long in the making.

Lovely young lady helped me with exactly what I needed, Very happy with service and product

It's the place to go when you're a Cat Supporter or member for all your Cats Memorabilia.

That is one ugly cat they have used for premiership merchandise.
What were they thinking

Online orders take forever, no transparency of when item will be delivered either, they just ignore all emails.

It is a great place for Cats fans like me. Prices are good.

I was looking for a particular beanie I'd seen on the website. I had to ask if they had them because they were not on display, and infact, in a drawer. The person was helpful though.

I also was there to pay for my membership since I hate ticketek/Telstra, and don't want to pay through their website.

Waiting to pay membership can sometimes be a lengthy process so they gave me a voucher for two free coffees. Ultimately I didn't have to wait very long at all.

The kids and I always enjoy visiting the Cats Shop, heaps of gear for all of the family to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
We have also bumped into some of the players who are always happy to say hi and have a quick chat.

If you love the cats you will love this place. Everything you need plus a lot of stuff you don't but still want!

Really good long lasting products. There are all different types of shirts, both unisex, male and female. Also children’s clothes are quite cute too. They also have a collaboration with Typo, so there are some stationery too. Also, nice cafe:)

As a hawks supporter I disliked it, was xmas shopping cos I'm dating a into a family where the majority are Geelong supporters unfortunately

Let me start off by saying that I have never actually been to Australia, let alone Geelong. So this isn’t so much a review of the team store as a location as it is a review of the quality of products and of customer service. The customer service team was incredibly friendly throughout the entire purchase process, and helped ensure that my order arrived in New York without a hitch! The clothing is all incredibly well-made, and the folks in the store even accommodated my silly request… To have Bart Simpson drawn wearing a Cats shirt!
