We have a coeliac young daughter and went into The Catch to ask if they had any options for her. The gentleman who owns the business was not only extremely helpful and accommodating, but the chef also checked to make sure everything was fine. We ordered a grilled fish and Gluten Free chips which were very good, we also ordered the non- gluten free traditional family pack the us. Everything was cooked perfectly and was fresh and delicious! Thank you for being so helpful and fastidious, we will be regulars moving forward.

Fish was ok but it was tiniest piece of fish. Got the pack for 2 but was one potato cake short! Calamari was nice. Not worth the $60 felt really ripped off!

The grilled fish is melt in your mouth. Calamari taco is to die for.we love it when they open dine in at the back end of the shop.the chips tastes best fresh.hope they open up the back for dine in again.

This place came very highly recommended to me so I tried it on 29 june 2023; I belive it was very over rated. Chips were dry, potato cakes very oily and fish very small. I don't mind paying a bit more for food, but I believe this is not realy worth it.

Great fish and chips spot. Everything is on point just a little pricey, but that's what you can expect in this economy. Service is amazing, they make a point of remembering your name when serving you which is a nice touch.

You know when they say.it just hit the spot! We ordered the fish tacos (best I have had and such a great meal size serve with fresh juicy fish inside!), grilled snapper with salad, grilled calamari, salt and pepper calamari and scallops. What a treat.every dish was like fresh from the sea, an absolute treat.

Definitely going back whenever we feel like seafood! Service was fantastic and you feel welcomed and looked after. Be back soon!

So satisfied. That’s probably the best fish and salad I’ve had ever had! Just got a grilled barramundi and Greek salad. Best quality. The fish was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The salad was also so fresh and yum - quality ingredients from the feta to the olives to the lettuce to the cucumber (love the cut) to the olive oil. Also the service was excellent by the friendly gentleman that served and cooked. Just moved to Carnegie, so this is the new spot! Blessed.

Old style fish and chips cooked the right way. Fresh seafood to choose from, crunchy chips, and very generous portions. Staff are very friendly and experienced. Limited eat-in options. Highly recommend.

Friendly and prompt service. Bought traditional pack which is about $22 per head. Salad and chips great. Fish was grilled and nearly cold. Calamari completely missing. Feel like what i was missing in portion size was spent on packaging. 4 diff containers.

Really disappointing. I can move past forgotten items however the quality of the fish was terrible I have bought better quality fish frozen from Aldi. Sadly will not be going back there and definitely would not recommend it. Do not waste your money. There is definitely better around

The quality of the food from this place is unreal. Whether it’s their burgers, tacos or fish & chips they do a fantastic job. This place is a go to for us and never disappoints.
