Very lovely experience with the clinic. Just adopted my boy and brought him here to be checked up and get his vaccine's. Incredibly knowledgeable and were able to answer any and all questions. Got him booked in for a dental surgery which went swimmingly and was a very reasonable price. Sent us a welcome letter and a toy that my cat loves and did follow up calls to make sure he was okay

Can’t recommend the vets here more. Izzy and Sam (and the rest of the staff) look after my cat Kiki amazingly - they provide the best service I’ve experienced. They’re so knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and they never rush. You can tell that they they genuinely care. They also follow up to see how things are going. I really appreciate the extra calls to check in. Excellent service. Thanks guys!

Vets and staff were very accomodating and friendly, we still come to this clinic despite we live 1 hour away.

Staff are amazing and so caring towards the cats! It's so great to see them give my critters time to adjust to the environment instead of forcing them out of their carrier. 1000% recommend Dr Amy if you need help for a cat with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)!

Seriously best vet we have ever been to.
Dr Kathryn was so fantastic with our two boys Harvey & Beau. Especially with Beau seeing he is such a scaredy cat, I’ve never seem him so calm outside of our own home. Seriously couldn’t fault her, she’s so kind, caring and compassionate. We’ve found our vet for life!

During his 15 years of life and unconditional love, Mateo couldn't be trusted in better hands with his health than yours.
It was the best decision ever, to drive Mateo to his regular appointments each year with the best and most caring vet in the world!

It is almost impossible to explain how much we can love our pet, but we do. Being by his side on his last breath has been the most painful act of love I ever imagined, Mateo was my fur baby. Thank you for your act of kindness by accompanying my grief with beautiful flowers that have touched my soul in a compassionate way.

Have been taking my two Scottish shorthairs here for the last couple of years after one of my cats was diagnosed with Periodontal disease. I wanted the best care for my cats and stumbled upon this clinic and can say they are the best vets I have been to. Dr Richard is super helpful and informative. He will always give you an answer for whatever questions you may have and I feel confident my cats are in good hands. We have tried several different vets locally but have decided it is well worth the drive to make the trek over from Maribrynong to have our cats be in the care of one of the best!

Dr Kathryn is a star! A master of her craft. Admittedly I can be a bit of an anxious man at the best of times however Dr Kathryn's obvious expertise, thorough investigation and calming nature was very comforting. I completely trusted her in looking after my George. It is so apparent to me that Dr Kathryn is truly passionate about what she does and this is reflected in her outstanding work. I cannot rate Dr Kathryn and the wider team at The Cat Clinic high enough, I am so appreciative and thankful for the service they provided my cat and I! If you want the best for your cat's health needs The Cat Clinic is most definitely the place to go:)

I was apprehensive choosing a vet clinic for my newly adopted cats first check-up. However, all my fears were put to bed by the team at the cat clinic who were so helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure visiting with the vet, who answered all my queries with really helpful tips and advice for caring for my cat. There was no rushed feeling and he was so thorough in asking questions and showing real care for her. You can tell the whole team are passionate about their work!

We were even sent home with dental treats! I cant imagine ever going to a different vet clinic after such a positive experience.

Went a while ago, professional service and they know what they are doing. There were nothing wrong with them, I went on time, and they took care of my cat. I understand that it's a business, and ultimately the purpose of the clinic is to make money, but I have this impression of my cat to them looked like another ATM machine to pull some money out. The old vet I used to go to in Sydney, from the first visit I felt like I was leaving my cat in absolute safe hands, and the cat felt it too - it was so much calmer there. Perhaps the old vet was just special, I actually looked forward to go there with my cat, here I feel like I'm going to 'repair' my cat. It's not that I'm expecting these kinds of things from here, but a honest comparison.

This is a ridiculous place. A place where they want to make money from your fur family! Their policy is extremely ridiculous all about money. Will not come back again! One of the staff asked me to leave my cats with them and said they would do vaccinations. They would leave my cats with sick cats and stayed that they would “take good care of them”. My cats were alone when they did they vaccination. I don’t know what happened with them. They said they have done checks and vaccines. However, I did not see they do it and I did not how they do it. This place will do any to make money!

The staff refused to see cats and all they wanted was money. They took your healthy cats to stay with sick one and refuse you to accompany your cats during the procedure. They will only smile to you when you pay the bills.
