The stuff are so rude and I had very bad experience twice. I asked for carpet colour then I’ve realised the one they gave is wrong in colour then I asked is this the colour that I’ve got they said yes, then again I insist the guy like sorry we did a mistake it’s wrong. I was like how comes? All carpet has a code number on.
Second time my family went there to buy a carpet. They treated very rudely and said don’t come again here. Who can treat to a customer like this? How comes they can be this much lowly? What did my family to you? Did I or you did to us that fault?

Not happy at all with the finished product of my layed floor, chips in wood, and gaps in sections. Two weeks have passed and they have not bothered to come fix it. The owners sub out to contractors to do the laying and they kinda wipe there hands of it after if something goes wrong. On the day I also
Got stung 100 bucks for moving 3 bits of furniture in one room that they didn’t quote me on. Also another 150 for grinding down a small section of the floor that took 5 minutes, still not in the initial quote. Not happy.
