Doing this course with The Career Academy was easy going and rather flexible. Having the printable booklet to follow along the course with, was helpful toward highlighting and making notes. Doing it online made it super convenient and the 6 month duration is definitely doable. The feedback on my work was really reassuring and further helped with my understanding of the subject.

I found the course very user friendly.
The help when I needed it was prompt and instructive.
The grading is a little slow but I understand the work load at present is enormous.

I has also received the response very quickly from the academy, but unfortunately the course I paid for has been discontinued as it was an older version or something. But I wasn't told of that before I paid the fee in full as requested. Am still waiting for the refund which I requested a few days after I paid the fee. I wasn't given a code for the course I had enrolled for which I thought would be given to me the next day. I wanted to start the course the next day but I was told it would take 24 to 48 hrs to upload when I questioned about it. I noticed that the course was discontinued on the website after I had enrolled for it. It is now nearly 3 weeks and I am still waiting to be refunded. I don't want to use the demo.

I would recommend thinking twice before signing with this group Career academy as we had nothing but bad dealings with from day one. Promised 20% discount if I signed more then one upto a course so we did! Discount was never applied and weekly repayments we over charged ongoing. This was address and after wanting out we were tricked into staying on for 60% discount on each course to which we agreed only never to receive the follow up email with invoice so we could pay! Weekly debits continue at over charged rates to which I decided enough is enough and canceled both courses. No we have debt collection asking for full payments not only from me but for the young employee we signed up who I was paying for! An innocent young working now threaten with $850 debt and myself the same after not even starting the course! Absolute pathetic and when we tried to have sorted the women laughed at me on the phone. Legal action will be pending due to stress and financial hardship

I have not studied in many years and this course and website is easy to navigate and move around finding the information required to submit my assessments.

Such a great course; I work full-time, so having the ability to study at my own pace has been incredible.the tutors and course work is amazing. 100% suggest this Academy:)

I knew very little about bookeeping but decided to do the Certificate in Bookeeping for the benefit of my own business. I have found the course to be very clear, easy to follow and with a logical progression. The elibrary is a very good resource and staff have been very helpful. I'm enjoying the course and feel it will equip me well for the future. Highly recommend,
