Drive through and did the $17 wash and did not make the car any different! We had to re wash it when we came home: ;

Paid for premium wash, machine delivered basic. And did an awful job.will have to re-wash at home.waste of money.

Worst car wash ever. Went into the auto drive through and paid for top dollar premium wash, shouldn't have bothered, car came out no different.

The $19 & $17 wash does absolutely nothing. I went today and a few weeks ago just to see if it was an off day for the machine but today confirmed it’s definitely the machine.
There were parts of the car that was dry & unwashed and visible dry streaks. Avoid if you can.

Worst car wash ever, incredibly disappointing. The place was dirty and poorly maintained. Regretted going during my work break; should've left the car as is or washed at home!
The cleanliness was lacking, and the machines were in poor condition, resulting in a terrible outcome for my car. The cleaning brush had too few bristles to be effective. More hair on my bald father-in-law!
Soap and water pressure were scarce, making the wash unsatisfactory. Even went over it twice, but no improvement.
The local council should take notice and consider appropriate action to improve or close down the facility.

Went through the auto-wash, paid $19.50 for deep clean. Did not clean the lower panels on side of car. I should have checked the reviews before going there. Would be great if the owners could upgrade their equipment.

If I could give zero stars I would. Spider web, dirt on windscreen and everywhere else did not get cleaned. Cost me $17 but I could have done a better job with a garden hose. Absolutely waste of time and money!

Until the owners start providing what they charge for, stay away.

No cleaning chemicals come out of the gun. The foaming brush (worn out and more like stubble) stops foaming after about a minute.

You end up rubbing the dirt around on your car in a desperate attempt to achieve anything.

Awful, would give zero stars if I could.

Only get 1 minute 10 seconds per dollar, it took 20 seconds for any of the selected options to start spraying and half the bristles came off the brush. Clear coat wax and low pressure soap didn't work at all, so wasted a minute on each seeing if it would start spraying.

Used, or tried to use self serve. Added money and just never delivered sosp and water. Got today there was an on-site staff, called snd waited but never turned up. Wasted time money and effort

I paid $18 for deep wash. However the car washing machine did not work and only “ exit” signal showed. I tried enter and exit for many times but still failed. I tried to contact them for refund and found that there is no contact information at all.

A sham business! They claim their website is Star Car Wash - which is a different company!

Cash wash is poor. Auto wash facility is usually faulty for the various wash stages. Uses water which is dirty and leaves marks.

A dodgy carwash, never use the automatic one. My car is the same as it was after a full $18 wash. Very disappointed as they don’t answer their phone too.

I paid $14 and it was a terrible car wash- I tried to find phone number to complain and they do not have it displayed and have taken it off the web. Also no ABN so I wasn’t sure how to complain to the ACCC.

The Touch free washing machine feels like nearly broken down. It Lack of maintenance and care. I try the same machine at Mt waverly BP much better.

Have had okay experiences here but equipment needs to be updated or the place will lose customers. 7/11’s soft wash is cheaper and cleans better, but I guess if you’re rich and own the place, you don’t care to update the equipment here unless it’s completely broken.

While convenient, the equipment could do with some refreshing. The self serve pressure washer is not cashless and the credit swipe has been disabled.
