A little more expensive than the supermarkets but the quality of their products makes it well worth the extra cost. Great place to shop.

I came by the butcher club Sunday morning and was served by Melody very polite and easy to speak to, helped me with whatever i needed awesome customer service here. Great experience.

Purchased the home made lasagna, was expensive but looked good.
I will not buy this again, it tasted OK but was dry, had no bechamel sauce, lots of pasta with
not a lot of meat.
Definitely Not home made and was disappointing, l would expect this sad produce from a supermarket.

Was hesitant to buy from this place because our friend said she got sick from the chicken, tried it anyway because it was next to our grocer (convenience). Purchased a scotch filet, brought it home opened it up and noticed half of the colour is darker then the other and smells completely rotten - bad enough everyone inflates their price, you inflate and sell rotten meat. First and last purchase from the butcher club.

There is a very large selection of grass-fed beef here and its the best prices in the area. The chicken selection is also off the charts.

I bought some diced pork on Friday, went straight to home put it in the fridge. Next day when I opened the bag I smelled the rotten meat. I’ll Never going to buy anything from there.

Went to this butcher, they didn’t have much in the range of steaks and when I asked for 2 nice cuts of eye fillet. I was served one that was nice and the other a really dark colour and it’s all mushed. Not happy with the second one. I was home by the time I’d realised so it was too late to go back. It was also just given to me in this plastic bag that was roughly tied. Would be nice if it was prayed in some paper as well or better presented.

I'm near the end of my Pregnancy and all I crave are chicken kievs. The extra garlic kievs here are phenomenal and never dissapoint. I just ate one now and could have another

most important part, the meat always fresh.

The butcher club Frankston just recently opened and it's exactly what Frankston needed! Both the owners take pride in their work and it shows through the staff. All the staff are very friendly and know exactly what they are talking about with their products. The meat is so fresh and everything I have had has always been so delicious. Best place to buy your meat from in Frankston!

Hi I visited there on Saturday got served by Kate she was very friendly and helpful anything I asked she could answer and has very good customer service I will definitely be back and recommend this store and the friendly service from the girl Kate that works there if u have any questions she is happy to answer them and had a happy smiling face to go with it.
