Absolutely outstanding quality and service. The Upper Ferntree Gully location is the "go to" for the best meats and sausages.
These guys know their stuff and they care about the product they sell. They have everything you could want and plenty of it.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

I saw a bloke give a 1 star review based on the sausages.not sure what this guy had in his koolaid but he sure as heck does not know how to cook a sausage because these sausages are the best in the area and i come from Boronia to UFTG just to get my sausages each week. They also cook up amazing. If you are reading this lad, 10 mins 1 side then 6 the other in the airfryer then change ya rating because they have been mint for years and years!

Meat is always fresh and tasty when cooked.
Nice, pleasant people work there always greet you with a hello.

Portahouse Steaks are extremely tough would definitely not recommend this shop for Portahouse steak waste of money.

Chicken Fillos are lovely, but wanted a “Fish” version so my guest wouldn’t feel left out. “YES” was the answer from Stuart and Alex! Asked Friday, picked up Saturday! DELICIOUS So yummy, will order again! ️️️️️

The service is good and the staff are friendly but the meat is always average quality, spoils quickly and is overpriced for what you get and how it tastes.

Our local butcher, local meats, low food miles with great service.
With the arrival of a rotisserie attachment for a Weber coal kettle to our house, I asked to the staff here about what to do and how to do it.
Bam.answered on the spot.bring the rod/skewer in, give the day/date required, dietary restrictions (we are gluten and dairy free), choice of meat and how many people.
Collected and asked more questions, more answers given!
Well then we fed 12 people with a slow cooked lamb (over four and a bit hours), delicious! We only used a mix of garlic infused olive oil &lemon juice and salt as a baste. The staff know their stuff. Ask questions get answers eat well.

Fantastic service! It was great to have been able to talk to team member, and be able to do a special request for an item not usually in stock. Good prices and quality products. Keep up the good work everyone!

Ever time I go there I get great service.they even chop my meat.
The meat is delishious. And obviously fresh as I don't react to additional sulphers.
I actually travel to this butchers to buy their products

Unfortunately today I received very poor service & was subject to false advertising. When I queried the cost she was unwilling to rectify the situation. In the past I would always go to them for BBQ needs, however now they have lost my custom.

Great to have a local butcher still around. Offer a fantastic variety of meats some marinated, pies, seafood and pet bones/fresh meat.
