Rude bloke with the cap working today had terrible customer service. Should have just walked away.

The younger guy working was much nicer.

I bought meat patty burgers in this place. Unfortunately I had to throw them away.

Full of fat, lack of taste and they added colorant to look red. This is dangerous.

The meat after well cook still was looking red because of the chemical.

I wouldn't recommend this place.

So disappointed, to receive the 2021 expecting an amazing lasagna from the best Bucher place in Williamstown and it was so bad! STILL, so disappointed in 2023.

Lovely people with a fantastic range. They’re particularly brilliant when you don’t know what you want. The staff are helpful and the display is vast.

On Tues 28th Dec I was sold off marbled sirloin and eye fillet, both vaccum sealed. The meat stunk, was very slimey and had weird slimey juice. Clearly it was vaccum sealed many days ago and left over from xmas. Based on this experience it seems that this butcher has zero quality control. Avoid this butcher at all costs.

They are a top crew. They are friendly and helpful and welcoming. They have a good range of seafood as well as meats. Everything I've purchased is top quality.

Just used this place for the first time saw their lamb bbq chops in the window which looked amazing and asked for some then the person got them from the back they are full of fat I have paid half of my money in untrimmed fat will never use this place again what a rip off

The worst customer service and manner over the phone. Staff will also say they will call you when your order is ready and they don’t.

Best bbq sausages ever worth the trip from sunshine and very friendly happy staff as ARNIE WOULD SAY ILL BE BACK:)

The best Butcher shop in Willy. Fantastic snags, burgers, steaks you name it. All very good quality and the best staff serving the customers. Cant go wrong. Thanks to Peter, Clyde and the gang.

Bought a delicious house-smoked ham from them for Christmas lunch. Went back a week later and bought a 2kg piece of scotch fillet. Unfortunately this didn't hit the mark but I took the remains back to them and they refunded my money without fuss. Kudos to them for being customer service oriented.
