An elderly lady chopping meat is very difficult, they chop up anything I might need to be done. Food always lovely. Pricing affordable.

Tried calling to address the issue but no answer, so I will address it on here. I just bought 4 chicken fillets at 8.99 kg, weighed chicken when I got home as I was charged $18.30, I thought at the time that it didn't feel like 2kg, the chicken only weighed 1.42 kg. Also I asked for skin off, well of course I've been given skin on.

Good selection of meats. Friendly staff. Just wish the owner would cut down on the yelling out the front. If I wanted yelling, I'd go down to a market.

Great butchers & very friendly sales staff! I’ve been using them since they opened & It’s nice to have a butcher that will do a custom “Thick cut” steak on request. Their meat is also some of the best quality I’ve had.

Today went to buy meat, and there was a fly freely going around inside the front counter fridges on top of meat.

Told the staff member and she was gob-smacked.

Sorry Big guys but big turn off for me, very unlikely that I will be going back there again after being regular customer. ️

After 45 years of buying meats from Coles and Woolies and other Butchers I thought I would try The Butcher Club as I have recently moved to the area, the first time I purchased 2kg of Tbones, and 4 pieces of Scotch fillet, after cooking a family dinner, everyone said the meat was sub standard and tough and gristly, I gave the Butcher Club 1 more chance and I purchased some more, and the meat this next time was worse and it certainly wasn't the cooking.
Sub Standard meat and Highly Priced compared with better meat from Coles or Woolies.

The Narre Warren butchers club it the best place to go if you’re considering going zero waste, or even limiting your plastic. They are so accepting and considerate! I would like to shout out to one worker in particular: Kaity (sorry if I spelt it wrong), since we first started shopping at the butchers club she has always been so accepting! Thank you!

Also I can’t recommend the Camembert chicken Kiev’s enough.ooh they are damn good!

I don't live in the area but I won a meat tray at a golf club, the meat quality was so good, i now shop here to get my meat. Note: I can freeze a lot of meat. My steaks have never been so good my husband doesn't go for a steak meal now when ever we go out.thanks Travis for all your advise. And the crumb chicken the whole family loves the spice that's in it.

Steven the Manager was awesome on fixing up a messed up order for free and said his customers come first and he always listens, meat and sausages are good quality and fresh keep up the good service
