Very affordable fresh food. Service was also really good. I Would definitely recommend burger lounge as your next dinner.

Had the Grande burger, it was delicious and well priced. I'd come here again next time I'm in the area.

I have been here 100s of times and even recommended the place to people as having the best burgers, but always wondered why the place was so empty. Now I understand why. Essentially I paid for a 375mL drink and meal and got my drink. I then sat down before being YELLED AT by a member of staff that I had gotten the wrong drink and that she did not charge me for that one and I needed to come back to the counter IMMEDIATELY and pay the difference. A glass Bundaberg is 375mL and a can of soft drink is also 375mL.my sincere apologies for assuming they were the same. To be called "greedy" is not only an unacceptable insult to say to someone let alone your customer but also totally unprofessional. I can honestly say I have never EVER been treated with such disrespect in my life: her tone was threatening and made me feel so upset over a very honest mistake. I work in customer service and you never ever treat a customer or use a tone of voice the way they did to me. Like I said I come here all the time and will never be back so thank you.

Just not worth it. Great example of a franchise business that has a high staff turnaround. Probably lowly paid staff. Low quality food and no love in the making because it's not their own business so why go the extra mile. A poor example for Melbourne and Eltham. Spend your money elsewhere at businesses that care.

Last order today (2/12/22) and neither my girls finished their chicken burgers and my wife said her pumpkin burger was pretty meh. Won't be trying this or any other burger lounge again.

Quick service, friendly staff and tasty enough Burgers. Was hoping for a mock meat / beyond veggie burger which was not offered - they do have 4 or so diff options - but would be main reason if go for grill'd instead.

Oh my god the best burgers in Melbourne… I had the gluten free bun option and the softest burger bun and juicy chicken… must try

The tall girl with the blonde hair is such a great employee, I believe she told me her name was Isabelle. She gave me terrific service and was amazing with me and my brothers. Will definitely be coming back here thanks to her:)

Food was a good price. The chips come seperately however they are definently worth it as it filled us up and we still had left overs. Overall amazing place and you should visit.

We've been here twice now. Both times the burgers have been spot on. The satay chicken burger was especially good. Seasoning on chips was well proportioned and kids fries perfectly cooked. Kids meal with burger, fries, fruit juice, and lollipop is great value compared to many other places. This place deserves to be busier than it is.

Definitely worth a visit

We came here for a Sunday lunch. The place is well ventilated and reasonably clean. We ordered a chicken salad, which had the right amount of dressing and was very well seasoned (won’t recommend it for a take away though). The kids burgers, strawberry milkshakes and the thick cut chips were spot on. Would definitely visit again.

Great falafel burger, but wish we had more vegan options here! Lots of vegetarian burgers but not many easily vegan ones that can be gluten free too. Overall LOVE the gf falafel burger though ️ Would love a simple veggie patty to be added to the menu!

I placed an order on their website and it was expected to be ready to pick up within 15 minutes. As I went to the restaurant, the lady said that they didn’t see the order so I had to wait for them to only start the order when I arrived.

I saw Uber eat orders seemed to work perfectly fine, I figured to avoid Uber eats prices I would use their website but clearly it didn’t work. I wasn’t exactly happy with them disregarding the fact it was 30 minutes waiting for my food, since they gave me time when to pick it up.

Extremely disappointed.

Hearing from the outside, staff are SIGNIFICANTLY underpaid.

-Do not receive penalty rates (sat and sun) or public holiday pay rates.

-It is an absolute disgrace and unfair on all staff.

-Multiple people have heard about this and yet nothing has been done to solve this issue.

A piece of eltham nostalgia here. The burger lounge is part of the eltham town fabric and has been here for a while now. The classic herb chips are still great and the prices are good. My old favorite the steak supreme has gone down hill. They used to marinate in olive oil and paprika which suited the rest of the ingredients. Now randomly they are marinating in like a sweet and sour Asian style marinade which clashes with the bernaise sauce and is very confused. Need to return back to the old marinade. Lounge signature burger was decent. I will give this old favourite another shot but I hope they take on the feedback!
