The WORST experience I have EVER had in my 34 years of life. As a new client I went in to have my eyebrows done after months of not having them done to be greeted by a young lady who seemed nice enough. I asked for my brows to be lightened a COUPLE of shades lighter to soften the features on my face and to have them waxed, trimmed, etc. The lady that was doing them then continued to tell me she has never lightened eyebrows before and asked for assistance from someone else. Then after 30 seconds I asked why they hadn't removed the bleach to which they told me the bleach they had was slow acting and it would take longer to get a result - nervously I sat there quiet. She continued to tell me she had only started doing brows THIS week so clearly there was NO experience. She hardly waxed my brows, told me this is how they do it at this brow salon, no trimming, no shaping, just plucked the hairs that had grown out (I have been doing this at home for months) to then looking in the mirror to BLONDE GINGER BROWS. I went in with DARK BROWN brows, asked to for a couple of shades lights and ended up with BLONDE GINGER brows. They tinted it several times to get it back to what it was but the damage has been done and now I have brown/red eyebrows. What a horrific experience. My eyebrows were a HORRIBLE colour and the shape was THE SAME. DO NOT go to this salon - they have young inexperienced girls doing brows and only ONE experience technician. I left there in tears, obviously didn't pay for my service and now have ugly looking brows. I would have been better off going to a high volume salon in a shopping centre. DON'T be fooled by the look of the salon, they are NOT what they seem. NEVER AGAIN.

Amazing! Very friendly staff. Asked what I wanted, gave me exactly if not better than what I asked! Even showed me how to use the powder for my brows if needed. Would highly recommend!

I have been seeing Jana for about 4 years now and always love how she makes my brows look perfect! I always have wonderful service both over the phone and in store. Thanks girls)

Visited Brow Bar for the first time recently and although I was cautious to book because of the price advertised, I bit the bullet and made an appointment with Gabby and I certainly do not regret it.
Gabby was excellent and made me feel comfortable and took her time to explain what she was doing and how to work with what I have. I have already booked my next visit and I would highly recommend
