We went pretty good from start to end, where Alan was able to understand our needs and difficulties (no problem to reply emails or phone calls).
The only down side that we have encountered was a miss explanation or understanding of the 3 months genuine savings time rule for CBA.
After that issue, he started to approach other banks and he got a loan in a difficult scenario in less then 3 weeks.
