Jen went out of her way to help me, even following up that Alter It had received the button she had personally delivered, when they told me they had no clue about it. Fantastic customer service, I can’t recommend calling enough, checking the website or dropping in to choose from a huge selection of specialty buttons.
Called my mate a Karen when in reality shes the real Karen calling her a "liar" and a "con-artist". Learn what customer service is before you open a shop.
The Button shop has been a godsend for me and I am very sad to see you are closing up. Your kindness lovely personality and patience has helped me out on many occasions especially during such trying times.

If i could give this store 0 stars I would. Not only do they not have anything we needed but ignored us multiple times and only spoke to the little knitting community that they have there. Super belittling and refused to help us as we werent 'intermediate knitters'. After we said that we had knitted intermediate projects before and had done alot of research and had our mum to help us with the project the lady said that, that wasnt good enough and we werent able to do it at all. We have alot of patternmaking, sewing and knitting experience but yet all we were met with was arrogence and no help. If you are looking for an amazing knitting shop with amazing help its called Morris and Sons in the city.
What a wonderful experience I had coming into your beautiful shop I came in looking for some buttons for my shirt and the lady at the counter was so helpful if I’m not mistaken her name is Jenny, she took her time and showed me a few buttons and showed me which buttons would suit the shirt that I bought in for her to look at my overall experience was easy and very comfortable, I have never seen so many buttons in my life highly recommend this store and look forward to returning again, I will bring mum next time as she is a keen knitting and the selection of wool was amazing, Keep up the good work
