27My group of eight had a meal at the Bower Thursday evening. I have a permanent van at the Caravan park and have enjoyed wonderful meals in the past. Sadly this time I can not say the same. All eight meals were less than average. Luke warm lousy tasting chips were horrible. The new menu looks like your average Pub meal, nothing like we have enjoyed over past years. I mentioned our feeling to staff so I hope it was passed on to Management.
Very busy place good service friendly staff and a good menu to select from cannot fault the service and quality of the food and reasonable priced.
Been in town 4 days, had 3 dinners at the Bower and the staff are super friendly and the meals are great
Can't speak highly enough about this venue. Stunning food.
They will cater for all types food preparation ie; vegetarian etc.
You walk into a quaint british style bar & lounge area with great views of the towns beautiful garden pk.
Staff & owners-so friendly, they make you feel great.
Serve lunch and dinner (apart from Sunday night-on public holidays they do serve dinner).
Treat yourself to a coffee & cake outing with friends.
Worth noting; there is a special occasion room upstairs you can hire. Great for a get together whether standing or seated situations.
Pleasant Alfresco dining in front of venue is a great place to enjoy & watch the world go by.
You will NOT be disappointed here, I can guarantee that.

Brilliant. As we walked in, greeted with a smile. Inside and outside dining. Struggled to eat all on the plate. Cost of meal was cheaper than other places I've visited.

Never had a problem when I've been here. Meals are plentiful and cooked freshly for you. Staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. First place I've been to that offer gluten-free parmas and it was awesome. What would've made it better was dairy free cheese. Make sure your belly is empty before you go because it will definitely be full when you leave.
Will definitely be going back.
