The Botanic Motel & Apartments Warrnambool

We stayed with friends over Xmas, were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The house was large and catered for 8 people very comfortably. Home was spotless and everything was catered for inclusive of shampoo, body and hand wash as well as laundry and dishwashing powder. Linen was clean and crisp and enough towels for us all. Additional pillows and blanket were provided in the cupboard. Service is impeccable, lady from cleaning crew arrived a few days after we settled and exchanged our towels for clean ones even though property had a washing machine and dryer for our use. I would like to say special thanks to Linda who looked after our booking for attending to an item I left behind. Upon advising it was left at the property the item was found and posted to me via tracking for no charge, that is what I call service and care for your clients before and after.
Thanks again for letting us stay at the lovely property which I forgot to mention is also in great location. I know this review may sound a bit much but I really wanted to express our thanks for a stress free holiday.

Cannot recommend unfortunately, dirty studio with a foul smell coming from the bathroom.

Our friends due to stay at the same time were also refused service after the accommodation provider charged their credit card. No staff available on the weekend also.had a much better experience down the road at '8 Spence' the next few nights.

Very well kept apartments in the Center of town and close to shops and the botanical gardens (short 5 minute walk)
Accommodated 7 month old with a port-a-cot
Receptionist was friendly and welcoming and stayed late for us checking in

Couldn't fault our stay! Check-in was seamless, rooms were immaculate and modern, amenities were more than ample and staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Location was good and the apartment we were in was brilliant. It was clean, comfortable and it had everything you could possibly need. If we ever come back to Warrnambool we would definitely book in here again. It’s a home away from home.

Stayed 2 nights in the one bedroom apt but could have easily stayed 2 weeks. So immaculate, kitchen very well equiped, bed so comfortable, bathroom spotless, shower perfect, lounge room so comfortable, smart tv in bedroom & lounge room perfect for rainy days. So impressed with the attention to details & quality furnishing. The manager, Linda was incredibly hospitable, very warm & knowledgeable on all things Warrnambool. 3mins walk to the botanical garden & essential services a min walk. Excellent value for money. Tasteful service apt at motel price! Highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back here again. 5stars!

Perfect location - walking distance from shopping area and St John of God Hospital. Clean and well set out rooms. Friendly staff. Have stayed a few times and going back next week.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in a newly renovated room. It was well appointed and had everything we needed, we even stayed in one night to cook!
The staff were really helpful with advice and went above and beyond when I got sick and needed a doctor.
Would highly recommend this place as the location is great, we could walk to town but also walk each morning in the botanical gardens.

What a beautiful place to stay! I was pleasantly surprised of how modern and clean our room was.
I think we got a newly renovated room (room 12) which was a spacious 1 bed apartment. Really enjoyed our stay and Linda was great over the phone, accommodating an extra guest on the last minute.

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished units over the long weekend. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay in Warrnambool. The location is great - within a stone's throw of the central business district and restaurants, and the hosts are friendly and accommodating. We'll be back, same time next year.

The newly renovated apartment was spacious, bright and tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable king-size bed.
The double glazed windows meant rooms were very quiet and warm.
Added to this is a great position, off the highway but close to shops and Botanic Gardens.
I would happily stay here again.

The new refurb is very refreshing. Clean and comfortable with new appliances. Very helpful staff.

These recently renovated apartments are well situated, being in a quiet street and in walking distance to the Botanic Gardens and nearby cafes and shops. The room was tastefully decorated with high quality bed linen and towels and the bed was super comfortable. The host was happy to share tips for where to eat and interesting tourist activities. I would recommend City Central Apartments and happily stay there again.

Great value for money, excellent location and rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you need and more.

Our apartment had plates, pots and pans, a stove, microwave and more. The bathroom also had a washing machine and dryer which was a surprise. An added bonus that we enjoyed was that every bed came with an electric mattress warmer - very cosy in the colder months.

Linda was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips for places to visit and do grocery shopping in Warrnambool.

Highly recommended!
